Been a customer of llyods from past 16 years but after visiting few times in hounslow branch time to move to another bank i guess...everyone is complaining about there rude and pathetic customer service in these reviews but I guess they hardly cares about it ...I think the staff themselves want to reduce the customers intentionally by providing this sort of service . They work like doing us big favour by depositing our money and look very miserable hope they getting paid for working, their behaviour tells otherwise..

Slow service. Its 2023! people are squeezing a visit to the bank into busy lives. This bank serves people like its 1960. Absolutely no sense of urgency or efficiency. Absolutely no regard for the lengthening queues. The same ignorant snails place. Rubbish service

Worst customer service with no proper etiquette, long queues and no one to handle that. Most of the staff is just roaming here and there instead of sitting in their place and doing the work. Morever there are only few young staff and most of them are older people who can?t work fast and for every other thing they need help from younger people.

Waste of time .my Call went to Leeds call centre. Amere pick up my call . She cannot stop my transition. It hasn?t gone through still she couldn?t stop it. My account my money in there bank . What a horrible experience.

It's very convenient to have cash deposit machine at the bank. There are two machines at Lloyds Bank treaty center but no matter when you visit only one is operational. This issue results in unnecessary queues and precious time is wasted. This could have be easily avoided but nobody paid attention to it. It has been 2 years and it's still the same.

Premises a plague pit of a branch! A dour atmosphere, staff shabby and morose in appearance, with no customer service skills. Protocol appears to be, 'the longer the queues, the busier we are and so we must be really popular!'. Two staff on the 'help' desk are the Laurel and Hardy of banking, one even had the audacity to be chewing / eating whilst dealing with customers! The manager, at the time, was mistaken for cleaning staff as she was wearing a sweatshirt and casual wear. One star for the only highlight is two other cashiers, who both have a professional manner and politeness and a smile on their faces, but they are not always present.
