Bank staffs are very rude and unprofessional, not sure about other branches but my first experience with this branch of Lloyds was a nightmare. They don't know how to treat customers, 0 help was provided. They made it so hard for me to open a bank account. So I chose other bank.

I would give this bank 0 out of 10. As an international student, a bank should be student friendly. I went to the bank with some bank letter from the university and they rejected it in this branch but the same letter worked for my friend on the other branch. Why so much formality to create a simple bank account. Also they checked each and every details that even an UKVI would not have asked for. Worst branch and bank to create account for international student. Please create account to other bank instead ?

Yesterday I was in this branch and I became really upset and frustrated with Mr Ravi he is the most arrogant and uneducated person in the lloyds bank in high street he does not know anything even his stuff guid him but when his stuff moved away he said to his next person that I'll do what I want so I was really shocked and frustrated ? ? if I go to that branch I will wait 1 hour but never go to that arrogant Mr Ravi

Lloyd's Bank in Hounslow needs to seriously address its customer service. I recently visited and had to wait in a long queue, with only two customer service assistants at the counter. To make matters worse, one assistant left without informing the waiting customers, and the other didn?t acknowledge anyone. It felt disorganized and dismissive, resembling the poor service often associated with the nearby post office. Management should take customer feedback seriously and work on improving the experience. A little effort could go a long way in restoring trust and efficiency.

Like always it?s just one cash deposit machine working and that also it stops working in middle of a transaction. How much more worse can this branch service get??? And the staff is not very happy to help with manual transaction.

Worst customer service, we are just 6 People still they are taking long time, just they are buzy in talking themselves , almost iam waiting from 40 minutes, no response, they are not bothering about customers , keep on talking them selves and especially there is a lady with hijab age around. 40-50 ,she is not suit for customer service role, because we are few people waiting from long back ago ,she completely ignore us

This is the worst branch of the Lloyd?s bank I have ever seen I literally wait 1:17 minutes just for some advice and the workers here are really really slow they don?t care about the people they do their job like they have 48 hours a day this branch is extremely a disaster as a customer of this bank I would like to request to change the staff of this bank

Worst welcome desk ever you going to see, the just tell BS , first you have to wait in queue for long time then you gonna see rude behaviour for Recption who just trying to make excuse instead giving guidance

Rubbish ? this branch is rubbish was waiting for 40 min in line nobody came to even ask what services I needed and 1 employee was dealing with one customer the whole time laughing taking their good time. One elderly disabled person was standing the same time as me ...rubbish rubbish service

I had to wait for more than 40 minutes just to cash out my money, even after i was at the cashier she just left and made me wait for 10 more minutes. There was only one lady working at the cashier the other one wasn?t working, anyway had a bad experience.
