Fit me in at very short notice because of my urgent need to have the car for medical appointments for disabled family member later that same day. Staff were patient, understanding and empathetic towards my situation. They explained everything clearly and worked fast.

Delighted with the service I received from Kwik Fit Hounslow today. I expected to have to book a visit next week but no, branch manager Maryam said bring my van in and they'd repair my punctured tyre today if they could. They did. And replaced the two front tyres I thought I'd have to wait several days for.Highly recommended!

Came into my wheel alignment done and the service was excellent ans so was the price! Everything was explained to me by the branch manager - Maryam. Highly recommend and a very happy customer.

Turned up at this branch with a puncture issue without booking, however the lads squeezed me in. Left the car there for a couple hours and when I got back the car was all done and the branch manager and the team fixed my puncture for me, no issues at all! Highly recommend them and a big thank you to the team ??
