5 star review for an amazing service! Huge shoutout to Leah and Mytchel (apologies if spelt wrong)! I went in for a free brake check and Mytchel was there to help. He was very thorough, honest and gave me time to decide without any pressure which is rare for me as usually other mechanics try and make me decide on the spot but Mytchel was patient and kind. I came back the next day to get my brakes fixed and Leah was there to do it for me. She is fantastic, professional, friendly and made the whole process smooth. From when you walk in she is extremely bubbly and kind! She was very helpful in answering all my questions and a great example of what good service should be. If you are reading this, just want to say thank you Leah and Mytchel for the help and for making me feel comfortable as I was nervous to get my brakes fixed! Overall, excellent service from Kwik Fit Hounslow. I actually live closer to the Hayes branch, but I?m so glad I chose Hounslow and will definitely be returning and making Kwik Fit Hounslow my main place to go with any problems. The staff here are simply great! Highly recommend.

I have booked for free wheel alignment. My car is in very bad condition, and the branch manager spent a lot of time to fix it and bring it back to a good position. One of the track rods is gone, but she still did most of the work. Thanks for her time and support yesterday.

I had a fantastic experience at Kwik fit hounslow yet again! They are an amazing team.
Leah, Arturs and Levi are friendly, welcoming and very efficient.
They all provided expert advise and clear explanations. They all went the extra mile to make sure I drove away happy.
It is rare to find such genuine customer service these days and this team definitely exceeded expectations.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Leah McGrath, Branch Manager of the Kwik Fit Hounslow branch, for the outstanding customer service I recently received. I visited the branch with an urgent issue related to the battery of my Land Rover Discovery Sport 2017, and from the very beginning Leah handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, patience, and expertise.
Car battery issues can often be stressful, especially when they affect a vehicle as complex as a Discovery Sport, but Leah demonstrated complete technical knowledge and immediately inspired confidence. He personally oversaw the diagnostic and configuration process for the new battery, ensuring that everything was fitted and coded correctly to the manufacturer?s standards. What impressed me most was not only his technical skill, but the way he took the time to explain each step clearly, keeping me fully informed throughout. This combination of competence and communication made the entire experience seamless.
Beyond his technical ability, Leah?s customer-focused attitude stood out. He showed genuine care and went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were fully addressed. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt valued as a customer. Leah?s calm and approachable nature, along with his willingness to help at every stage, turned what could have been a frustrating day into a positive and reassuring experience. His leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire branch.
I would also like to give a special mention of thanks to Mr. Mytchel, his assistant, who supported the process with the same high level of courtesy and commitment. Mytchel was attentive, polite, and proactive in assisting with addig add blue , and it was clear that he shares the same dedication to excellent service that Leah demonstrates. Together, they make a fantastic team whose professionalism reflects great credit on Kwik Fit.
It is rare today to encounter such consistently high standards of customer care, but Leah McGrath and Mr. Mytchel embody exactly what customers hope to find: knowledge, reliability, and genuine willingness to help. Their work has strengthened my trust in Kwik Fit, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Hounslow branch to friends and family.

We took our car for Air con Refill today and we received Exceptional Customer Service all thanks to Leah.
From the moment we walked in, Leah was approachable, professional and helpful with all questions we had. The service was on time and a vehicle health check was done in addition to the service we booked.
We were well pleased with the job as compared to other companies like Halfords where customer service is quite poor. Thank you Leah for everything. We will definitely come back.

I went there to do oil filter change on 19/07/2025 and they took whole day. I gave my car keys at 10 am and they finished the car at 16.30. The guy who i dont know his name and he was running the show in hounslow kwik fit brach on 19/07/2025 was really unprofessional. he dont know how to speak with customer and he was shouting at me for asking how long it will take. He is really angry man and talks alot of rubbish when asking simple question. No manners who serve the customers. Really unprofessional customer service by that guy.

Very good experience. Friendly and helpful. Both people in the office friendly and very helpful plus the technician who changed three tyres was excellent. They handled a slight misunderstanding really well. Highly recommend

Today I called 100 times to this store and no one pick up the phone. I was looking to for new tyre and I just live near by , but it seems they are not bothered to pick up the phone and loosing sales, poor management, the store manager must do something about it.

Welcome greeting from reception, and even i when forgot to get a personal item, kind enough to let me get it before handing the key over for the MOT, 45-60 minutes expected to complete the MOT and within 1 hour received a call and MOT was complete, received copy the receipt via email and handed the copy MOT. Thank you Kwik fit Hounslow.
