Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Heathrow KFC drive-thru. I ordered a 4-piece Colonel?s Meal, a simple order that shouldn?t take long. Instead, I was told to drive around again for no reason, while three cars that arrived AFTER me were served first. By the time I finally got my food, I was the last to receive my order?despite being the first to order!
To make matters worse, after all that unnecessary waiting, my food didn?t even smell or look fresh. Considering how long I was forced to wait, I expected hot, freshly prepared food?but instead, it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.
This location is completely disorganized, lacks basic customer service, and doesn?t seem to care about food quality. Avoid this place if you expect fair service or fresh food.

Went to take ice out of drink, found a hair floating in it.... had the drink replaced..... then when eating I found a hair stuck to a chip.. Will not be eating here again unless I want to get hair stuck in my throat

I recently ordered two Zinger Box Meals with 2 Hot Wings, gravy, and fries from Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold after more than an hour waiting for my order to come. Additionally, I only received 1 gravy and 3 hot wings instead of the expected 4 hot wings and suppose to be 2 gravy?s.?I was quite disappointed with the order as it did not meet my expectations. I didn?t get a refund? Won?t be ordering from this KFC again.
