My husband did pedicure but it was very bad customer service and care. They told me on phone £20.00 for half an hour but when he want there they did £25.00 and only 20 minutes service. Never recommend any one.

I came here a month ago as well but messed up my nails and didn't even fix them properly. Still, i came here again today after a month to try again, but the same thing they are always in rush and rude. Most importantly, they do not do the nails properly. Cuticle skin was off they didn't clean. I just dont recommend them. I came here again just because they are a bit cheaper than others, but now i know why they are cheap.

The lady sit next to the window is very impolite, she use the phone all the time, she talk to the customer very rude , even if you are not happy , tell her to change the shape she won?t do !!!Other staff is very nice and warm welcome , it was not my day. Hope next time other staff services me .

Disgusting staff horrible attitude throughout the process (especially the MAN that works there)! and the nails ain?t ever cute so can?t even say the end result are worth it. Don?t go here!

Appalling customer service. No wonder why no one goes there anymore. I used to go there when I was younger all the time until their staff developed a disgusting attitude and no wonder they are in the same place now as they were 10 years ago! Ridiculous

My experience with their service was disappointing. It seemed like the nail technicians were still in the learning process while working on my nails. I noticed that the shape of my nails was uneven, which was surprising considering the salon was not busy at the time. The lady who attended to me was rushed and in a hurry.When I brought up the issue, I received a defensive response from all three staff members, which made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. Throughout my visit, the entire staff exhibited rudeness, which was quite disappointing.Considering the overall experience, I felt that it was a waste of money.Service: Acrylic nails

Took my elderly mum to get her nails done to make her feel better as she is isolated at home suffering from Parkinson?s disease. The lady who works for jenny was so rough and rude. She was pulling my mum?s hands and made her cuticles and skin sore. When i asked her to be gentle, started shouting and left the manicure in the middle and got very loud. Was yelling at us in front of all customers. The ones were waiting to get their nails done started leaving.These people don?t know anything about customer care. Should be even there

As you can see in the photo, after visiting the store on 22nd August 2023, I had recieved cuts on my cuticles. They are now sore and have now started to scab up. The place was busy, so I understand the staff were limited to how many were served. I was lucky that I booked an appointment online using the treatwell app. I paid for the Pedicure and manicure. They did both treatments within the 1 hour slot. The Pedicure was great, the polish has stayed on immaculate and no cuts. However the manicure as you can see chipped on the same day. I understand that this was a regular nail polish , but I could have bought a similar polish shade on the highstreet and do it myself and it would still last longer, plus not cut my fingers.
