Got a git card for my birthday intended for a new pair of trainers, of course I went to "the king of trainers" there was probably less than 30 trainers on display mostly Nike and not much variety, I prefer Adidas personally, there was about 3 options, all not my taste.

Very poor service, staff need to be trained. We asked for the manager but went even worse. Literally no-one seemed to be happy to work in the shop.. is the worse service ever in a JD shop..

the young lady at the cash register was very unpleasant, in addition I gave her a shoe number 9 and asked her to order the same size 10 for home and not after 2-3 days, of course, only after a week they came in size 9, you have to waste time and nerves again, pitiful service

The worst customer service ever. I asked them a shoe polish and they have given me a shoe cleaner. After I realized they gave me a shoe cleaner instead of a polish, I wanted to change the item or get the refund. Even the item was not opened. But the staff and the manager (the lady) refused and saying rude things. She put the blame to me without saying sorry. They are ruruining the brand of JD. Dont go the JD shop at Hounslow High Street (not in the Treaty Centre). ?

Extremely poor customer service. In google the closing time is 7pm. I reach the shop at 6pm, those guys who is didn?t allow me to enter the shop. And the thing was I just want to return one product no to buy anything at the moment. So it not take too much time.

Extremely poor customer service. Never going to any JD sports ever again. After selecting a shoe and asking to bill, we saw the staff take the box and went and hide behind the door. When we asked the cashier about our shoe, she asked us "how many minutes ago? What size exactly? I don't see the shoe here". I saw the staff who had my shoe talk to the cashier literally seconds before we walked to the counter. Awful. Just absolutely awful. I wonder if this is the way they treat all customers or if it's to particular cases.

Poor customer service. 2 members of staff standing around the shop floor chatting. One working but looks away to avoid service customers.
