I visited JD Sports Highstreet again to exchange my trainers and saw those two supervisors again talking in their own language. I felt that i was been targeted because as soon as they saw me they were laughing and talking in there language which i couldn?t understand. This time i haven?t argued because i know those two boys will be together and will refuse to serve me. I think its better to visit treaty centre but not the one in highstreet

Today I went to JD sports with my husband . My husband picked a shoe sole box that was already opened . When we start checking from inside the box one of the staff member blamed on us that we open the new box and he had argumented with us . I told him it was before opened that is why we opened it . Even I also told him to check the cameras if you have any doubt . But they didn?t check . They also didn?t allow us to see the other items like shoes , clothes . They behaved very rudely with us . That boy was staring us badly . What type of staff do you have ? Who doesn?t know how to behave with customers . Very disappointed today.

Not good services at All, placed an order for collection from shop , came to collect, they sent me to another store to do collection and said they don't do collection, when I collected from same shop another order in December.
I even said I've proff that I've done collection and receipts to prove , but they said not possible as if I've lied , they just dismissed me.
Would not recommend at all store or staff services.
I've spent in December & January over £1230 on Buying 4 pairs of Nike trainers & 4 tracksuit and have receipts still.
Should I return and get refund ?

I bought a pair of trainers in JD sports, Hounslow branch for my Son, I was told that I could refund if my Son didn't like or didn't fit him. My Son took a look at them, found them too plain, didn't want them, I took back, this afternoon around 4 pm to the shop, the young lady shop assistant examined the trainers, said I can see marks on them I can't give you a refund. I asked for the manager, she pointed to a man next to us, his answer was "if she says she can't there's nothing I can do."Believe me this trainers didn't leave the box, they are and looks new, not a mark on them, I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I showed to some customers present they agreed, no marks at all. It has been a very upsetting experience for me, I tried to get in touch with the company JD, called them but there's only choices that doesn't apply to me, it's mainly for online purchases. I'm an honest simple human being, today I felt humiliated, disrespected and cheated. I will not purchase anything ever again in that company. Staff are rude and racist. Be aware people.

All the staff gathered in one place, and when asked for assistance, they were very unhelpful. Not all, but the front staff during my visit were unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked two employees for my size in sports shoes, but both ignored me. I had to go running the next morning with friends, so I needed the right shoes. Thankfully, Sports Direct was next door, and I ended up doing additional good shopping there.

The worst customer service staff and more specifically the three team leaders are useless; to call the least. They cannot handle a simple situation of returning an item. The moment they realise they are not able to help; they act rude, make racist actions and comments and threaten to call cops. They forget about customer and human rights and think we customers are scared when they try to act extra smart. They forget that the value of custmers and their job roles. It's a shame to encounter such episodes when we (customers) pay the money and need to deal with such indivuduals who spoil the reputation of the company. The company needs to hunt and improve the quality of service. Real shame!!!!!

I brought a pair of shoes and there was a black mark on it. When I came home I saw the black mark and I went back to JD but they didn?t take the shoe back. The lady at the counter was blaming the mark on me even though I had not worn the shoes yet. She had no evidence I had done anything to the shoes and she was so rude. I?m never buying anything there anymore, the customer service is pathetic.

Worst jd store I ever visited staff is rude and unrespectful they are even selling used shoes to customers and they don't want to exchange shoes even blame on you never ever gonna buy anything from this place.

Got a git card for my birthday intended for a new pair of trainers, of course I went to "the king of trainers" there was probably less than 30 trainers on display mostly Nike and not much variety, I prefer Adidas personally, there was about 3 options, all not my taste.

Very poor service, staff need to be trained. We asked for the manager but went even worse. Literally no-one seemed to be happy to work in the shop.. is the worse service ever in a JD shop..

I went to buy shoes today at jd Hounslow high street and i was just choosing best ones for me and i felt rlthe security guard was kind of following me and staring at me in a weird way,racismI just left the store in one minute coz i didn't feel comfortable,Won't go there againnnnnn
