Would never again arrange to have my online order collected here again. Would rather pay to have it delivered to my home address. Customer service training definitely required. I was going to purchase more items in store but decided not to given the poor service

I am very disappointed with the lady on the main till yesterday. Her way of talking was very rude. I went their to exchange the shoe size but size was not available inspite of helping me in this she blamed me that your 1 leg shoe is dirty. I bought it from london 1 week before. And tried to return it there. Even i said her look at the other leg the other was fully new no marks on it. Because its not my size so how i can wear it. Very disappointed i was not there for refund just for to exchange the shoe size if its according to my size then why i went there to return if i bought it already if someone wore the shoe then they wear the both not only one leg. Very bad behaviour.

Hounslow staff needs to be changed they open whatever they want rude staff and very lazy it?s not first time Shame good shop but staff not really owner needs to pay attention

@jdsports - wel definitely the customer service in the counter was wacked 0/0 because of 1 individual everyone looks bad 0 smile - she made me feel like I?m buying it for free when you know it?s expensive because of this- it?s ae 0 rating straight

Bad service and bad behaviour of staff

On 25th Nov 2024 between 9:30 to 10:00 hours the lady on the main till serving customers was incredibly rude and arrogant. Her tone and facial expressions were negative and rejected towards customers she was absolutely unhelpful and annoyed.
She was not welling to help customers with queries not only that but also showing annoyed when asked question about products.
When I made complaint to the manager she told me that she will take action but unfortunately the manager refused to give her name so I could raised the complaint to the head office.
I hope JD will look into this and take prompt action as I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect

The girl that was serving with the blonde hair at the till was very rude and doesn?t seems that she wants to work nor serve customers, we asked for the discounts and while the vouchers said JD have discounts she kept denying and served us really bad. Please remind your staffs to do better at customer services.

The staff at tills were very rude, looked like we took the cash from thier pockets, also they rated themselves on the system and pressed green button for every transaction made by the customer ? so no negative review can be made on them, when politely asked whether you all are rating for yourselves the girl on the till royally ignored thrice!! Being a customer I felt very bad, rest of the stores this thing never happened, every staff at the till asked about the jd app, etc. But not this one!!

I recently visited this store (13/10/24 )and was appalled by the sheer carelessness and rudeness displayed by every single staff member.
We requested assistance with sizing for jackets, only to be told to wait while they 'checked.' Twenty minutes later, no update. When we inquired again, another staff member curtly informed us that they only had what was on the shop floor - no apology, no offer to help.
The level of irresponsibility and lack of basic customer service skills was staggering. Not one staff member demonstrated even a hint of professionalism or courtesy.
Avoid this store at all costs if you value your time and expect decent treatment.

Slow service. There were more than 5 staff in store and yet just one person on the till when there was a queue. I had to wait 15 mins to collect my order and when I asked if I could buy a bag, they asked me to join the queue again. That was very unprofessional and I think staff need?s more training!

Rude staff
While browsing near the sale aisle, I was looking at a rack of blue t-shirts when a staff member, who was Black, rudely intervened and asked me to move, preventing me from continuing to browse the items I was interested in. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.
