Would never again arrange to have my online order collected here again. Would rather pay to have it delivered to my home address. Customer service training definitely required. I was going to purchase more items in store but decided not to given the poor service

I am very disappointed with the lady on the main till yesterday. Her way of talking was very rude. I went their to exchange the shoe size but size was not available inspite of helping me in this she blamed me that your 1 leg shoe is dirty. I bought it from london 1 week before.
