This review is regarding Jill Who works at Jade pharmacy on Vicarage Farm Road, my father was terminated ill, and every single time me or any of my sisters went into the pharmacy to pick up his prescription Jill made everything easy as she is just brilliant. she is the best technician the most helpful, and super empathetic understanding. If we needed a prescription for my father, she would help to get the prescription right away to the correct address hasslefree. She is a godsend, she is not only the most experienced bur also a very friendly face that you can speak to an open up to. All our interactions have been so positive and she always leaves you with a smile on your face. she deserves more than 5 stars. She really is the heart of this clinic.

The staff are brilliant, they?re always so nice and helpful. I always enjoy popping in here and would recommend. I also had my Covid jabs here and they were very gentle and made me feel relaxed even though I?m not great with getting injections.

The pharmacy staffs are very friendly and lovely people. K?, jay to name few staffs that are helpful. The ambience of the pharmacy is well lighted and the location is easily accessible and products are well sorted. Can always ask if help is needed.

Do not come here, my fathers been getting the exact same repeat prescription here for well over a year now. They always claim that it's not on their system every month when he tries to get it. I've had to start taking screenshots of the emails from his GP and show them to the pharmacist, conveniently when I show them to the pharmacist the prescription appears on the system...

No communication between reception and nurse. After confirming with the receptionist that I need flu jab, the nurse came with the covid jab and luckily asked me just as she was about to inject me. This is not the first time. Also they did not inform my GP about the Typhoid jab they gave so my record was not updated. I ended up getting another one 9 months later. So disappointed.

This pharmacy doesn't even deserve 1 star.It is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy.The staff are unprofessional and unethical.I have written to the General Pharmaceutical Council to give full detail of my experience with the jade pharmacy on vicarage farm road.If you are taking NHS contracts to provide a service please provide it dont just pocket the money, and laugh at patients ,do not use issues with software systems to hide your laziness. People lives are dependant on medication it takes you week to get in order though GP has sent it out to u straight away.There is no excuse for such revolting behaviour and people in health care.

Came in to get my nicorette patches they said they never had any email confirmation from the NHS am on week 3 the pharmacist was so rude and unprofessional I would never ever recommend using this chemists so I just went to Boots and brought some there. So unprofessional and he wS lucky not to get a wack
