I am one of the regular patients at the Jade Pharmacy in Heston. They always provide quality service to me whenever I need my medication. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude for the lovely manager there Kay Dhillon who has been so helpful every time I needed something. She is the best manager ever. We need more women like her in these positions.Also, a male dispenser named Maheesh (if I?m not wrong) helped me once which I still remember. It is one funny story to tell but I needed some medication and I did not have my card with me. So, I said I don?t have money with me. And I gave him £10 for my first prescription and the price of the prescription is £9.65. When I said that, he looked at my face and gave me a whole £1 back. This was a very sweet and sincere gesture. I have been going to Jade Pharmacy over 7 years Poonam has been all ways helpful more then the pharmacist. I only go back because of Poonam. She is a great ascent to your company. I think she should get more credit for her work.
