“For about a year now both Simer Kaur and Paramjit Kaur have been looking after my father Mr Hai after a stroke and heart problems permanently disabled him.I can't say enough about them! They are so kind to both him and my mother who looks after him. They treat him with utmost care and respect. Always smiling, patient and manages to put a smile on dad's face even on his most difficult days! Mentally very supportive to us family members. My father has dementia and some days he has aggressive outbursts which can be frightening. Simer expertly handles the situation which is very reassuring.Definitely happy with the carers from here and we have many carers come from here and they have all been really amazing so far! Thank you!”
