Went there on Wednesday February 21st 2024 at 18h.Did my shopping, found a mobile Phone which I handed to the cashier.I politely ask if I could use the rest room, as a an urgent matter, as the shopping Center was closed.Of course the 2 employees refused, & I had to insist as it was a genuine matter of urgency.Unbelievable I was refused to go despite my pleading.Its surreal à health store would refuse the use of their restrooms in such a situation.The cashier couldn?t find my account despite having used it 2 days before in Glasgow with no issues whatsoever.I went to this store before with a friend & it was truly dirty & messy, I have to say they have improved on this side, but not on their customer service.It doesn?t give you the positive vibe of most of their other branches, selling very specific health & beauty products at a certain cost.Really not a pleasant experience, which is a real shame as I really like Holland & Barret, & make a special stop in 1 of their shops wherever il in the U.K. for business.I wot return to this one for sure

Today I visited to this store in Southall , it?s my first visit but I?m really impressed with the service.Firstly the girl in the store helps me a lot to select the best multivitamin for my parents and then Mr. Rupinder deol helps me alot for the payments they are very polite and helpful, very kind.I have some issues with my card payment but they trust on me and allow me to do payment later. I?m really very happy with u?

This branch of Holland & Barrett is excellent but the choice of products are limited.

The staff within this store are prejudice against anybody who is not white or dressed appropriately. They will assume you are a thief, despite being a legitimate customer. Disgusting treatment and service here.

I went there today to buy Linseed. The lady who helped me (shaved grey hair) has amazing knowledge, she is superhelpful. She provided excellent customer service. People can learn from her.

Yesterday I came to buy some gym supplements. I found a well-stocked shop. A lot of quality, many products and also many brands on offer. Friendly and qualified staff. I will come often.

The store is sooo cold ...the airconditioning is on despite it being cold outside.The store doesnt even have a door to keep warm.

We had a great experience and in particular want to give recognition to staff member Charley. She was kind, curteous and very reassuringly knowledgeable on products sold in store and online. A credit to the company!
