Exceptional Service from PHUONG at Hounslow High Street!
I had a fantastic experience at the Holland & Barrett store on Hounslow High Street thanks to Phuong. She went above and beyond to help me use the app, and because of her, I saved £17! I visited Holland & Barrett last week and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Lakshmi; she took the time to clearly explain the benefits and proper use of omega fish oil, vitamin D3, and B12, ensuring I understood how each supplement could help improve my well-being, and her friendly, approachable manner made the entire experience both informative and welcoming. Great and helpful staff. A lady (Indian origin and wearing a mask) whose name I cannot recall was very helpful and made some great recommendations on vitamins I had questions about. She showed me what I inquired about and then shared her knowledge on what I should also consider. Great Service, Thank You.
