Was in the store today went up to the men?s section for my son and witnessed what seemed to be a male manager speaking to the staff like crap not great for your staff to be spoken to like that poor women

I recently purchased a dress from H&M hunslow. but unfortunately, it didn't fit properly. I didn't try it on in-store because the trial room was closed. When I returned the next day to exchange it, the staff refused, despite me having the receipt and the safety tag still attached. The manager, a young Indian woman from Southall, was particularly rude and unhelpful , showing attitude Other staff members were polite, but she refused my request for an exchange. I'm requesting action be taken regarding her behavior. I am not sure about the price tag on my dress is there or not as it is on discounted item but i do have the receipt

Very bad service,today I went to H&M around 5:30pm,the girl with the glasses downstairs very rude when I ask her help,and then I asked her name and she said that she can't give her name,if you can't work or help the customers please stay home or else go back to your country.H&M is a good brand but staff like you forces us to give the reviews and spoil brands name.when she read this review,she will definitely know which customer has post this.

Entered the shop at 5:40pm. The security guard told me 'you got 10 mins'. I looked at him and he repeated the same. Then I said it is 20 to 6 not 10 and he repeated that I have 10 mins :) miss the times when the customer was actually important :))

H and M . Dissatisfied with choice of kids clothing , quality of trousers are OK but tops not so good for kids . Ladies section is better . Mens clothing quality is dropping with time. I am taking about Hounslow store . I am not sure if its better in other located branches.

Really saddened to make this review. Today I went in and was spoken so rudely to by an employee. I said good morning to her and she gave me the dirtiest look. I said smiling, calmly, it?s nice to say good morning to customers - as I?ve always been greeted by H&M staff in Hounslow amazingly. My mistake for saying anything because then she raises her voice and said how she was unwell and not to judge people (lol). I handed in some clothes and then got my phone out and she shouted ?don?t take a photo of me? I was so confused because I was just opening the H&M app. I then spoke to security and the manager who were lovely but honestly anyone who goes there please be careful of the elderly asian (think she?s from either, Japan, China, Vietnam etc) she wears glasses and is awful with communication. I go to this store all the time and don?t plan on stopping either. I was really shocked and I know the manager said she would talk to her and I really hope she does.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
I came to the store after work, I found 5 things for myself that I wanted to try on in the fitting room, the lady in the fitting room told me that it was closed because they close all the fitting rooms at 5pm! although the store is open until 6pm!! this is shocking, I work until 5pm and it turns out that I couldn't buy anything because the employees close the fitting rooms an hour before the store closes, when I asked why the service was rude and couldn't explain why they were doing it. I left the store without shopping and I could have bought 5 things. The store service is very poor.
