“First time use this company (19/Aug/2023) no problems at all. Quite easy to book online required tools for Hire, friendly and helpful staff. Branch near Heathrow was my collection point, the staff even help me to load heavy weight power tools into my car! I was alone and couldn't do it myself. Many Thanks to this people. My personal experience with HSS company was excellent. P.S I just have read the other reviews about Heathrow Branch and I would like to add something.. Every situation is different! Of course everything is depends on HSS staff. In my case: Saturday morning 19/Aug/2023 what actually happened: I have booked some power tools from B&Q Speedy for Saturday morning, but unfortunately (for me) they let me down, and for some reason I couldn't get what I need (my advice: try to avoid B&Q Speedy hire). But the job in my garden had to be done Saturday, I have promised to my builders to bring some important power tools.. So, I had to use my Google Map on android phone to find nearest hire store. And of course I found 4 miles away from me, it was HSS Hire company near Heathrow.. I didn't book anything in advance, I just simply drove to this Branch, in other words without appointment, and what do you think!!! I did explain them what do I need, and they simply advice me to book required power tools right now online, and as soon as I will get booking confirmation, they will gives me what I need right now! They didn't ask me to leave the store, they even help me to do booking online.. 15 minutes, and I left this Branch with everything I need.. And what can I say!! They save me that day, Many, Many and Very Big Thanks to the people who worked on Saturday 19/Aug/2023 in Heathrow Branch TW4 6NF.. Good Luck guys.. ?”
