Stuart welcomed me asked what I had booked gave me a precise about what would be done and a rough timescale to when it would be done
He was helpful to their customers whilst I was there

I had a really good experience. Others quoted me 180 and the Halfords team did it for 31 as I they were honest with what I needed. I would recommend especially to clueless woman like myself that knows nothing about cars ?

They were friendly, honest and didn?t treat me ?like a girl? as so many garages still do. I?ve had many garages try to fleece me but I had total faith in these guys.
I took off one star because the car was quite dirty. In the past I?ve always had workers put paper down at the footwell etc but they clearly didn?t. My new car mats and steering cover are not in a good state, and there are generally black marks and fingerprints around the inside. I understood it?s a dirty job, I?ve just never had this before ever.
I would definitely always go back here, I would just take precautions in future for the dirt!

Went in for a free break check,
Friendly manager and staff, they highlighted other problems and there was no pressure to have the work done by them, couldn't ask for more.

Very bad experience with a Hounslow Halfords receptiionst with a rude conduct with customers that I had to leave the premises without repairing my car, I guess he had a fight with his wife ?
Owner just defended the reception for all customers in his review instead sacking him out ?

Don?t go over these lot they can?t repair major job . I got my AC diagnosis check first to see what was the problem and find the issue of leaking . After checking they phone me told me two parts were need replacing , so I told them get it sorted and he told me the total price of £260 with Ac fill . So Iv paid them after 2 days the weather on that day was hot so I put the AC on . It was giving normal air , not even cold . Next day I rang them told them an issue they said bring the vehicle down to garage so they checked everything and told me another part need replacing to . So he said I need to look for that part and call you . Weeks pass by no phone call . I paid diagnostic AC to see where the problem was . They only can change tire , changing light bulb nothing else . I will never use Halfords again . If you need receipt I can upload them .

Wow, I?m really impressed with the service here! I pre-booked a tyre replacement, and although they were quite busy when I arrived, and I didn?t have much time to wait, they pulled out all the stops to get someone on the job. Unfortunately, I didn?t catch the fitter?s name, but he was incredibly friendly and completed the work quickly so I could get back to work. I usually avoid chains, but the price and service here were brilliant. Great team! I?ll definitely be back for a car service next time. :)
