Food is always rotten and stale. Refused a refund. Wasted money just to throw in the rubbish bin.

I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I went there few weeks ago and wanted some hash browns. I went around 11:15am, and asked the guy who was serving if I could get some hash browns and he was keep asking if I was joking very rudely. I was confused tbh and after asking me the same thing 4-5 times, he said hash browns is the breakfast item(like sherlock I didn't know that) I thought their breakfast timings were till 11:30-12pm like some other places. But the thing is he could have said the same thing when I asked him for hash browns instead of doing this whole thing. Completely ruined the mood. I know wisdom and politeness is chasing him since day one and he is still trying to run away faster. I hope he learns how to behave with the customers and gets some serious training about customer services.

Me and my partner went for a bacon roll and drink . When I got served the men at the counter didn't understand me . When I asked for ketchup in one roll they put it in both , and the bacon was over cooked and cold . When I told a member of staff they said it has to be cold , I wasn't having any of that and ask for two new rolls . The member of staff wasn't happy with me . When I got the right order it wasn't any better .

I?m a big fan of Greggs, and although this was my first time to this particular outlet I wasn?t disappointed.My breakfast roll (sausage and bacon, with ketchup) was fresh and tasty, and my coffee was hot and tasted good.Service was pleasant and friendly and it was great to see the place busy (as you?d expect).All in all, another good store and I?ll be back again for sure!

They don't start stocking all the food for the great meal deals or lovely sandwiches you actually want to buy till about 2pm. Don't bother coming here.

Good quality food and guy in kitchen was really polite as just eat forgot part of our order and the guy made sure we got our food still hot and threw in an extra as a sorry, very polite staff on the phone and helped me sort the issue :)
