Bought a chicken bake and it was cold and smelly ! I asked the lady to swap it for fresh one than she started getting mouthy ! I asked her to Atleast warm it if she can?t give me fresh one , she goes that?s against their policy ! Very rude and unprofessional ! I would never go there again

Edit. Gave another chance. Staff member Asha is sarcastic and passive aggressive always as usual she needs to do a few courses on how to be normal seriously lol. Also how are you selling cold food lol. Large coffee is more like a small coffee and the cheese and onion pasties look like theyve been dropped on the floor picked up and put back for selling!
