I bought an iPhone pro max in this store today, there were no iPhones in Display to see. The customer service is worst than ever, I am not going back anytime in future. Because there is no smile on their faces and the way they talk to the customers is unacceptable. At least Management should consider the negative comments and provide complaint box in store.

Very bad customer service. I change my sim provider three to EE but it didn't work. I waited for an hour but the girl their was very rude n deny to help. So i gave up n going to change some other provider.

Worst customer service i have ever seen waited for more than one hour in store was not even busy and after a hour girl came and said we are closed now we can't deal u. They don't care about customers i think this is bcz they think people in this area are th newcomers to uk so they don't care if customers time is wasted. *even their 2 or 3 staff members were free before closing time they went inside office and came back after 6pm to say us that we are close now *.

Plz avoid this store for EE very very bed below poor is costumer service and they all staff just toking each other with nonsense talk minutes and minutes and customer waiting hours and hours.

I normally avoid visiting this store because of poor customer service, however I lost a SIM card and needed a new one ASAP.The guy serving me on Saturday had weird vibes and it made me uncomfortable to even be there. I think asking customers to complete a survey and give him 10 points is bit too much.I can?t stress enough how disrespectful it is to walk into store and not be greeted with a smile or hello. After giving me a SIM card he told me he still needs to do a paperwork and went into a room in the back, which I assume is the office. I was waiting thinking he will still need my signature, since he didn?t even say goodbye or thank you. He then comes out from the office and actually looks annoyed to see me. If you don?t want the customers to come to your store just say it next time. This store needs stronger management and staff better training.I work in customer service too and I would never ever treat people like this.

Hounslow branch gives Very bad service? there?s never enough mobile options you can choose from and usually it?s expensive ones which I feel they pretend they don?t have just so they can get a deal with more expensive stuff. Will never go there anymore.
