I recently visited the EE store after losing my SIM card, and I was very impressed with the service I received. One of the staff members, Shaheen, was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He guided me through the whole process smoothly and made sure everything was sorted quickly. Excellent customer service ? thank you, Shaheen!

I have a very bad experience with this place! It is full of incompetent staff! When you are in a mobile operator office you are probably looking for some kind of help or service but the only thing you see in this office is how the staff ask each other what should be done in a given situation! Chaos! If you still have to visit this place, be sure to talk to the manager because he is the only one who knows what to do!

Well the experience with this Hounslow branch was super duper helpful
For us . We purchased iPhone 16 pro max with this store and at first we one male staff was directing us .. I totally forgot his name but he was tall guy who speaks Hindi also . He guided us very well . He spend about half an hr with us to guide us then we move out for some reason to discuss with my husband to make our mind but when we came we were told to wait but for some reason they told me to wait because other staff were busy dealing with other customers then one short girl was assisting us but when we ask the questions she was so aggressive and confused that she make her weird face expressions as if she knows everything then as I was with my little daughter she was feeling hungry so we again need to go out to make her feed but the way she shows us attitude my god she must know that she should respect the clients so we were doing to her . But after again coming back from our lunch again that particular tall guy who was dealing with us before he again helped us a lot and we purchased the set . After 2 weeks my husband?s sim was unable to receive the text message again we went to store and as usual we were told to wait . The girl was trying to help but again I don?t know what?s the problem she also helped but her attitude we again that guy he took his time helped us and now after 72 hrs after prob has sort out . The girl straight away told that u have to go to the Apple Store and he was so so so confused that she took my phone and make my id sign out ,, what?s was the reason I don?t know and when I told her that y she was told me to sign out she came out so weird way she lied and told me she didn?t told me to sign my id out ,,, gosh ?. But we make ourselves calm and again guy named Farman or Ahmed again I am sorry for the name I can recognise by his little curly hair he again helped us a lot .. Thnkew ? no offence with the staff ,, but we already have 3 contracts under ee store so pls don?t judge the people please help them u r only there for serving us ?

I recently visited EE Phone Shop in Hounslow last Sunday the 12th of January with my husband and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory .I was met with unhelpful staff and a lack of basic customer service.
First, I waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged by an employee. When I finally got assistance, the staff member seemed uninterested and rushed through my questions he goes by the name of MOBEY so I was told I was looking for recommendations based on my needs, but I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a valued customer.
. No apologies or attempts to make things right were offered.Later I discovered I did not receive what I signed for but in fact a refurbished phone and not a new one, when I returned back to the shop the male that was dealing with me was so passive aggressive, sarcastic and was trying to intimidate me because I am a female.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at EE Hounslow . Poor customer service and a lack of clear communication made the shopping experience very unpleasant. I will not be returning and will advise my friends to shop elsewhere .

I came to here at 5.10pm to change my debit account to different account. i said give 5 mins I need go somewhere then I will come the staff said ok.when I came back 5 mins later I think she was the manger she told me system it's down I said in 5 mins later how can be system down I didn't believe her and I hate hounslow side very rude people??

Very unwelcoming staff, grumpy and looking down on you, went in asking is there is any better deal for me,,as me and my partner been with them for many years but he?s paying 9£ less than me for a better ,SIM only, deal, they endup offering me more expensive then I already have . Instead of making you stay with this provider at the end she said ??don?t forget to cancel your sim only?? ??
