I have visited this salon and took hydra facial package for 250 very disappointing as I haven't got the complete service and not even refunding my money also always new people are there,when I came to this salon the staff was very good and hard working the lady who gave me the package was really nice but unfortunately left because she has not been paid on time ,whenever I ask for the consulted person or manager or the owner saira no body is ever available there god knows what how this place is been running, pathetic place never ever visiting place nor trustful people or place now very negative since a month saira never answer the calls

I have taken facial package from Beena her service was very good and now I have pending services to get it done from Beena but she?s not there now I have already paid for my services to get it done from the person I want to. I called a lot of times but there is no response and the owner is also not available whenever I visit them or call them. The other staff which is there they always force to the customer to get another services to get it done I had taken the package to get it done from Beena, and now she is not there, so I am not happy to go there anymore as she is also not there working anymore I asked for my refund and owner is also not refunding my money. I had gone to the salon looking after the review of Beena so I was very happy but now very disappointed.
