Great experience !! I had my 6 months old baby ears pierced yesterday at Claire?s located in Hounslow treaty Center ??
I would like to thank the shop manager (Parisa) and her colleagues for their kind behavior. Initially i was very scared to do it for baby but they made me feel at ease instantly & explained the whole process very well and did the piercing smoothly within a minute!! Amazing experience..both the ladies were really lovely ?

It was about last week I just went there randomly to check the store because for my nose pin and I was with my daughter . When I entered my daughter was just telling me mum I want the balloon she was pointing towards the ballon which was hang in the store , u know what the women who was standing there she was so so so so rude to me n my daughter that she told no she will not give it , now the thing is that my daughter doesn?t want from her nor I asked her to give but why she interfered between us I don?t understand. I don?t recommend to anyone to go to this store , Uxbridge claire staff is too good n nice but the Hounslow women is pathetic

Had a nose piercing done last week with Parisa. Wasnt a completely impulsive decision made by me, but it was still impulsive ?; I showed up not knowing if I should go through with it.
Immediately Parisa put me at ease and explained everything in depth. She explained the pros and cons of each type of piercing, and how she was going to actually pierce the nose in terms of positioning, and why.
She was patient too. I was unsure whether to get the gold or silver piercing, so I flip flopped a few times and she happily let me.
She warned me my eyes might water; they did. But everything went smoothly.
She's very experienced and also very friendly to talk to. One week on, the piercing has given no problems. I highly recommend Parisa and Kate.

Staffs were very welcoming,professional and informative throughout the whole process.Manager Parisa was just amazing !! She made me feel at ease instantly and was so detailed on everything.She really cared about her customer.Place was really tidy and hygienic !! Trainee lady on duty was really lovely and very communicative too !! Everything went smoothly as expected !! Such a great experience !!

I took one of my daughter for ear piercing. Store looked clean and organized. The store manager called parisa was so good and did a good job with my scared daughter.she didn't even cry ! ?? Super happy ,I would recommend A++++

Nothing but a utter disgrace
So we booked our kids in to get their ears pierced online all booked and off we went to store
We had a booking for 12.15 and at 12.00 we received a message saying booking has now been changed to the following day
We went in to store to speak to the staff and got spoken to very rudley and was also informed that they knew there would be no staff member available from the previous day so they only started informing people at 12.00 even tho the store had been opened since 11
We had to leave the store with very disappointed children and also very annoyed that the staff member spoke my us with attitude and addressed us in a very rude manner

Outstanding service from Tricia as she has helped me with finding a gift for my sister as I was unsure about what to get her. But Tricia helped to find her a gift which my sister loved.
