Chicken smelt disgusting, had red bits in it, didnt taste like chicken at all. Gave it to my sister to try and she threw up. I feel sick after only having a bite. never ordering from here again

This is my second visit to this branch first time I bought chicken in found it salty but thought it's probably a one off, second time had family over so made a big order of £40.00 when I brought food home I spat it back out it was so much salt that my mouth started to burn this time the whole family felt the same it was disgusting and not fit for human consumption I paid extra for peri chips the whole bottle of peri salt was poured over my chips which added to the salt. Bought gravy was literally water that tasted like burnt curry
When I called the store they said sorry but you ate it..
Well how else do you expect us to taste the salt? there was £36 worth of salty food still left over when I spoke to a man who called himself lemon said sorry you have now eaten some so we can't do nothing. NEXT DAY I TOOK MY ORDER BACK TO STORE and demanded my money back I was told you can have more chicken what a joke.
Would NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH IN HOUNSLOW WEST even if they were giving it away free

They don?t answer the phone orders from they last time and the chicken wasn?t cooked properly so I want to place an order and tried to call them to tell them to cook the chicken properly they not answer calls

The store is clean, well organized and inviting. The employee provide excellent costumer service,the prices are reasonable and competitive.
Parking: We have a lot of space for parking.
Kid-friendliness: The staff was very friendly with costumers. They will talk very politely.

Ordered 6 whole grilled chicken and peri peri chips it was worth every penny some of the best chips and with 2 whole chickens priced at 15 pound you cant beat it. I hundred percent recommend the peri peri chips!

These people are so igorent they d9nt care about their customers i had placed an order for £40 and was trying to call them to let them about some allergies requir ments but they never picked up i ll never order here again.

Ordered chicken nuggets big box family sharing?after eating my mom and my son who is 3 years old had several times vomiting?.this was the meal we expected to be a dinner and it became a disaster.never go to this place Hounslow West?.not worth risking your health

Chicken wrap had no sauce, a couple slices of lettuce and chicken. Very dry.
