Found the game I was looking for reasonably price. Short wait in the queue. Helpful staff member, found my old account and issued me with a new card. I will be back to trade in games, dvds etc

Unprofessional staff .Product over priced be careful before you buying anything check first online cuz the same product different £40 to £50 in the store more expensive.They wouldn?t let you know .

Do not buy any used) second hand Apple goods or Iphone from Cex,because you do not get original receipt of when product was first purchased/ when it was brand new.Apple is not able to assist you without it.

The only way to descibe cex are legit thiefs...Offer £50 for series s console boxed.. sell it for 225....Took an old phone in and they offered 7 pound for it. I purchased it from them 1 month before for 110... scumbags...

They will make you wait one hour and a half to ?test? the product you?d want to sell, you?ll come back and then all of a sudden they?ll tell you to wait again (they don?t test it when they tell you they will, only when they?re ready too) only for them to tell me my product is apparently fault when I bought it to them perfectly. God knows what they do. Wouldn?t recommend go GAME TECH , it?s in the treaty centre perfect deals too
