For the first time I'm writing a good review cause this is what a good customer service is. Shout out to Dominic, Minguel, Hazel, Ashley, Chris. Really nice people really professional and kind. Not friendly staff. They don?t accept digital copy of id to collect an item ordered for collection. The staff literally wanted to see a printed paper instead of same in phone.

Poor(very poor) pricing of games. Can Cex Name one accessory or product that they sell is cheaper than other stores in UK?
