Honestly, I brought in my laptop to sell and it was having an issue resetting, Terry not only spent hours on it but also kept me in the loop every step of the way. He got it done and I was able to raise the money to pay for my car to be fixed.

I came in to look at a guitar .Jac was absolutely amazing,I didn't catch the AM's name but she was also extremely helpful , What assets to the team . Unfortunately I brought it to their attention that the Guitar was warped. This ends up being a costly repair . My main concern from the Manager of the branch is I have a feeling this would have been put onto the shelf still faulty if i did not purchase it . I discussed pricing which the staff agreed with me on due to the damage on the guitar. but the Manager point blank refused . due to this it makes me hesitant to refer anyone to the branch for products even though the staff are definitely 5 stars. Jac was incredibly patient and looked at all the faults as I demonstrated them to him.
