At Freya Hair and Beauty Studio, we often order takeaway from Carpatica Restaurant, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and delivered promptly. Very good as always. Tasty platters with generous portions. We had dinner on Valentine's Day and the atmosphere and service were on point. We felt at home. We will be back!

Very poor quality service. When I asked why the food was delayed because 45 minutes had passed since the order (but on the menu they wrote falsely that it takes 15-30 minutes) the waiter asked me what I ordered. Instead of finding out the answer to my question, he answered with another question which is unacceptable and rude. I told him go and check and he drew my attention to my way of speaking with he. after that, out of the two desserts ordered, I received only one. and when I asked for the bill of payment and noticed the lack of the ordered dessert, the waiter falsely apologized stating that he did not take my order but his new colleague. He basically lied... it was a ffff bad experience, even the worst in all my years of life. I have eaten thousands of times in the same restaurants, terraces, cafes, etc. in many territories, but tonight is the day lovers makes me think 10 times before whether to enter a restaurant or not. I was not bothered by the mistakes but by the insensitivity, lack of respect and arrogance with which I was treated. I SWEAR that if the people from Carpatica will offer me free meals even day after day I will not step foot in that restaurant again. It affected my psyche so badly. PS even the payment note was late I had to ask for it for three times. SHAME on you.

It is always a pleasure to return to this restaurant! Had always breakfast, lunch, dinner, visinata, and mulled wine in the cold seasons !
The food is always fresh, with big portions and tasty !
Prices: worthing and fair, not expensive, neither
Staff: friendly and attentive, respectful, and mannered
Cleanliness: 100%
Toilets: Always clean, that says a lot !
In the summer, the terrace is always full of beautiful flowers !

First time trying a Romanian food. It was totally lovely. We shared our plates as we wanted to try a bit of everything that looked nice to us. I would definately go back again and bring friends and family.

I recently hosted my baby boy's baptism at Restaurant Carpatica, and I am incredibly disappointed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed unprofessional behaviour that left us feeling unwelcome.
Not only were they rude, but they also seemed disorganised and unprepared for our event. Our guests were left waiting for extended periods without no food and drinks , and when we raised our concerns, the staff responded with a dismissive attitude rather than offering assistance or solutions.
When we raised our concern they come back by saying it is our own fault about everything they actually never admitted it was them fault by being very bad organised and also having short staff.
When we signed our contract between parts we been told something and on the day it was totally different and when we spoken to the owner she had a disrespectful act to call us liars even though she was one of them telling us with a previous night the rules that we been discussed with her staff previously to and on the day she never admitted they might be wrong she had always her bad attitude even though from our part we done everything properly and paid until last penny.
It's disheartening to have such an important occasion marred by poor service. I expected a level of professionalism for a family celebration, but unfortunately, Restaurant Carpatica did not deliver at all!!
We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place for any special events to anyone!

I took a friend of mine to this restaurant to try out Romanian traditional dishes, despite the fact that my friend did not eat pork we have chosen beef soup which was great, he enjoyed it, we also got chicken stew with polenta which it was good as well. He enjoyed the flavors of the food. However the food is pricey for what it?s worth.
The smell at the entrance wasn?t pleasant at all, as soon as we opened the door there was a bad smell coming from somewhere inside the restaurant.
Overall it?s okay.

Food was so-so, nothing too tasty but the service was very slow and everything took ages despite there not being customers around. The waiter also forgot some of our order and we had to remind them. Very poor decor and atmosphere overall.
