Ordered drinks and a scone was given a pot of cream that had chocolate finger prints all over it and had already been opened. When I went to request a new pot the server was rude and told me it was the only pot he had and if I wanted another I would have to wait 5 minutes. I said I would wait as they were busy. 10 minutes passed and still no cream. When I went back to ask when I would get the cream the server was once again really rude. He wouldn?t help. He did give me a refund for the cream instead. However the attitude of the serve was such that I wouldn?t spend my money here again.

Great service and they make a lovely ice latte, and it?s a great place to chill and people watch also you have a great view to watch the planes landing, take off

Misleading as it?s not open 24/7.. Was told it opens at 2am but it was way passed 2am and chairs were up on the tables..

Very scruffy and tired looking. Chairs need replacing and my table was dirty when I arrived. No one clearing up.

Disgusting service. Ppl standing in a queue and customer service asian guy didn't even ask for help. Just standing and watching ppl. When I asked for service he said THIS TILL IS CLOSED. But he didnt even mentioned to jump on the secend ..lazy

Gitesh....how can I thank you for making me the best coffee of my Life!!! Such an unexpected delight to sit in your coffee shop sip on your coffee from heaven and pass the time between 4am and 5am listening to the chilled vibes of the lounge music playing so sweet and gentle in my ears... well done man ...keep up the good work and keep smiling brother.

Open early in Heathrow that's good, unfortunately, they change the coffee quality or Perhaps must to do a Machine deep cleaning.And I know it was earlier but please improve the customer service.

Phenomenal Caffe Nero. Good quality, good service, the full monte. At 4:40am, it felt like an oasis in the desert, i.e,Heathrow Terminal 5.

Awful. The staff don?t speak a word of English, ALWAYS get my order wrong and the coffee is always cold. They cannot understand English and I struggle to get a correct order from the staff working there. They are very blunt and direct no please or thank you they refuse to take any loyalty stamp with Caffè Nero, if you use any promotional coffee voucher, this is not correct and every other Caffè Nero I have been to across the UK will accept a loyalty stamp. They are stubborn and are doing this to be spiteful. I would not recommend this Caffè Nero. The worst Caffè Nero I have been to by far.

This is a wonderful cafe. They have the most amazing range of cakes! The prices are higher than the high street but that's what you expect! The cakes were delicious, I had the tiramasue which was amazing! The seating area overlooks the runway, so you can sit there and watch the planes landing.
