All I can say is I was helped by a young lady called Priya who is one one of the best employee's this company could ever employ,I think every work place should have a Priya in it,if there were more employee's like this young lady their would never ever be any complaints i'm sure,but to be totally honest all of the employees I spoke to that day were very helpfull indeed.Sometimes I think certain members of the public treat certain people very badly,and are quite rude and then expect them to be nice ,we are all human beings and if we are treated with respect nine times out of ten we respond in kind but even the best of us can only take so much some tlerance levels are less than others depending on our moods on the day,**** but back to it PRIYA was FANTASTIC THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

Their fresh food service is delicious. The staff always cook our food exactly how we want it taking time to ask how we?d like eggs etc. The hot drinks are always well made and nice and hot. The till staff are always helpful and polite with one in particular helping me out with ingredients for my son?s cooking lesson. The curry he was going to make would have been a complete disaster if I had stuck with my thought that Katsu curry sauce was right for a Biryani. Thank you!

Saying open 24h? arrived at 1am tried to get in but doors were locked? went to the night window where I was knocking on the window 4x with staff member literally behind the window stocking shelves completely ignoring me? if you closed you closed but change your opening times on google at least and train your staff to give the attention to your customers instead of ignoring them while trying get served? I have never seen such a ignorance anywhere else?

I have recently visited this store and purchased a couple of items from the m&s section. I was especially impressed with Bidhya Ghimire as they were extremely helpful. I had forgotten an item at the store and they kindly put it aside with a note of the time and a copy of the receipt just in case I came back. I only noticed the next day and because the item was now out of date she issued a refund. They gave excellent professional customer service.

Awful night service. Working night shifts as an emergency worker is challenging most of the time. And just when you have 5 minute to grab a sandwich in between jobs you would think that a 24hr bp would be a good choice.
However it?s not the case as this one.
Went to the night service window and was told that they could only serve hot drinks. No food options could be sold through the night window or anything else.
There was a sign that said the shop would not allow customers in and all service to be conducted at the window.
However when I requested to have something to eat I was told that I could only order a hot drink.
I?m not sure if this is company policy or just something that the workers come up with.
The sign wasn?t the most professional looking.
And the chap that was very unhelpful was similar to ?Dasheen? don?t think I have the correct spelling.
Would definitely recommend to avoid.

I had a very terrible and shocking experience at the BP M&S yesterday. The customer service levels were beyond par. I did my shopping and requested a bag for it which firstly cost 50p! Secondly the bag was broken. I asked if the bag could be changed as the handle was slightly torn. The man who apparently was the manager was so rude and started shouting at me for no reason in front of other customers. All he had to do was replace the bag which was a huge issue for him. Also when he eventually changed the bag and started to transfer my purchased shopping to the new bag he damaged my food items. By that time I was extremely distressed, upset and shocked on how unprofessionally I was treated.
If he was truly the manager I?m surprised why another colleague had asked him to leave. Maybe this was not the first time he had behaved in this way. This is my local BP M&S and I am lost for words on my experience last night.
I mean I can go into further detail on other elements of my observations. One member of staff was stocking ready meals and the person I?m with asked him a question which was: are these ready meals and can you heat them in microwave?? He could not even answer such a basic question.
Just to summarise my overall experience was terrible, the service was below standard and the staff had no basic manners. The person specifically my concern is with Sahib who was supposedly the manager who did not show any managerial qualities and did not paint a good image of representing your organisation.
I felt very much harassed and threatened by him and he made me feel so uncomfortable and bullied. For just requesting a bag to be replaced I did not deserve this behaviour.
I?ve lost all confidence in this store and at the very least I deserve an apology for the incident which occurred yesterday in the store.
I?m absolutely disgusted - below par!
People like that should not be working in the store.

Sahib the manager is aggressive and rude to customers!! He was threatening me and my friend who's pregnant and I am a cancer patient he has bullying and harassing us! The bag was broken and he squashed the food but he has no customer service skills at all!!! He has zero people skills and doesn't know how to treat customers and has NO RESPECT!!!!sahib is a big bully and should learn customer service skills or not work there as he had no respect for customers at all he thinks being a bully and rude is good customer service!!!! The girl at the tol told him to go inside and he got on the phone complaining about us when he was the one who was aggressive with us disgusting behaviour ?

?Shop? was closed at 8:30pm?The shop has been closed from midnight until 4am for months (which is annoying as a night shift worker).. however why would it be shut so early? 8:30pm for an M&S Bp at a pretty major location is a bit ridiculous really.The BP further down which is normally 24hrs is also shut tonight due to some night works on the A4. Wouldn?t it be wise to at least open your doors at Henly?s while this goes on?
