I felt extremely uncomfortable in boots. I came to pick up my prescription. I was told to wait for 10 mins in mean I was checking to shop few things the security guard kept following me as if I?m going to steal it really made so uncomfortable. I?m going to change my pharmacy.

I recently made a purchase at Boots based on a promotional offer that included a free gift bag with a perfume purchase. After completing my purchase, I asked about the gift bag, only to be told it was out of stock. I then asked if I could claim it later once it became available, but was told that wasn?t possible. I?m really disappointed with the service ? if an offer is advertised, it should be honored, or at the very least, there should be a system in place to collect the item later. This experience left me feeling let down as a customer.

Will give 0 stars if given the option for customer service. Went in to return a makeup product I bought online and the manner in which I was spoken to was totally unacceptable. The guy at the cashier questioned me if I have opened and used the product and I said I haven?t. He accused me for having opened and used it because the plastic wrapper was slightly open. The product also came in a box that made it clear it was brand new. There?s a difference between asking nicely and accusing someone. Send your staff for training on how to speak to people

Very disappointed with staff behaviour today, one of the staff who was wearing a suit and had blonde hair, charging at me while looking at some products and blamed me for something which I did not throw down and said ? when you pick up something you should do face up? literally telling me to do her job for her so she doesn?t have too later on.
How is staff trained in boots? Telling their customers to do their job for them, how appalling, this is not how you deliver customer service
Also the security made me feel so uncomfortable while doing my shopping today, he kept following me and looking at me as if I was going to steal even though he has seen me many times, this needs to be reported to the manager, this is not how customers are treated, WE SHOULDN?T DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM AND BE MISTREATED

Yesterday, I was in this store looking at products and checking some prices to compare with online options while waiting for the rain to stop, as I was with my baby. While I was there, the security guard started following me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated until I decided to leave.
Later, when I mentioned it to some friends, I was surprised to hear that the same thing had happened to them in this exact store. This has never happened to me before, and I find it incredibly disrespectful. I will never come back to this store.

I tried to speak to the lady at the pharmacy and ask for advice regarding soar throat and flu symptoms. She avoided eye contact and was not polite or helpful. It is a bit disappointing.

The pharmacy staff keeps picking up and putting the call on hold indefinitely without a word. Very unprofessional. All the recent reviews are 1 star for not for no reason. Will need to make an official complaint to the higher ups, I suppose.

There is a very rude lady in the staff , she doesn?t know how to speak with costumers .

Not sure if the lady dressed in a suit speaks 0 English, or if she has 0 customer service skills; has to be one or the other.
Also dont understand why theres no one at the tills and had to wait 15 mins to ask to pick up my order along with another 10 mins to receive my order.

Today, I went to the store with a friend and our daughters. My friend's daughter accidentally dropped a product, and a lady who worked there came over and scolded my friend, saying things like 'You should pick up this product.' My friend picked it up and put it back, and then the lady started saying, 'Where did you put it?' and went aside saying 'ridiculous people' and left. The behavior in this store is really bad."
And dis is not first time that has happen to us the staff working there is so mannerless.
I don?t know why I went to that store.
I will suggest please order online but never ever go to this place the staff will give you trauma by their stupid behaviour.

Staff members at this boots are useless, even the specialist such as a No7 staff. Nobody wants to help.
I even found them looking at other people Google reviews whilst in front on waiting customers.
The shop is dirty and the staff members attitude stinks.
The worst part of this all is that they don?t even understand their own product range.

Very poor customer service, you ask something they show you attitude not very professional at all I think the lady I meet was South Indian lady between age 30 near the counter - I didn?t buy anything because of the worst services - it?s not gonna shine a good looks - plus the place was not that busy aswel ? I highly recommend that the staff needs some good customer service coach - jus cause of 1/2 bad staff every good staff looks bad aswel sadly

Very bad customer service not a nice place to go if you need help with anything, staff can't be bothered to help you. Very bad experience. That's why it's a 1 star. Won't be going there again.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an appalling experience I endured at your Hounslow branch. On 29/08/2024, I visited the store with a friend, only to be met with shockingly unprofessional and distressing behaviour from one of your staff members.
The employee in question was a short woman of South Indian appearance (Roughly 5?2, quite tan and wide (well fed), with a black bob cut, dressed in the standard white top uniform and black trousers. From the moment we entered the store and began browsing the aisles, this staff member?s behavior was nothing short of harassment. She followed us closely throughout the store, making us feel deeply uncomfortable and as though we were being targeted.
Moreover, this individual openly made snarky and derogatory comments about us to a colleague. Her remarks were not discreet; they were spoken loudly enough for us to hear, and her tone was undeniably obnoxious. This behavior was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and left us feeling humiliated and distressed.
What should have been a routine shopping trip turned into a deeply unsettling experience due to the actions of this employee. This incident has left me questioning the standards of customer service at your establishment, and I believe it is imperative that immediate action is taken to address this matter.
