  I rang Gaurav on a Sunday morning (UK time) from Australia to enquire about getting carpet layed in my dad's place in Old Woking. He told me he would go out the following Tuesday to inspect and quote the job. He did what he said. The price was VERY reasonable. He said he would be back within a week to do the job. He trusted a person from the other side of the world to pay him as he only asked for a 50% down payment. When he had finished he sent me a video of the work on WhatsApp. There was only one other place that got back to me 3 days later regarding doing the work. In my opinion Gaurav had already blown them out of the water.He did what he said and said what he did. From one small business owner to another I hope I provide a service as good as this bloke but he's set the bar high.Great work Gaurav kind regards James Gethen

  I was looking for soft feel luxury carpets for my 2 bedrooms and landing. After getting quotes from few places i came across Gaurav's company (Best price flooring) via google. Initially due to the lack of google reviews i was reluctant, but then i saw he had very good reviews on checkatrade. So contacted him on a sunday afternoon when all other stores were closed. He was quick to respond and came home himself to measure the carpet area. Got a lot of samples with him and also suggested underlays etc. He came across as a genuine person and so i went ahead and ordered the carpet/Underlay and fitting with him. he promptly got the carpets in the same week and made the fitters available late evening for fitting as well. The best part about the whole experience was when we had an issue due to the the carpet being 4cm smaller just near the room door. We tried the fitting with bigger door bars but it wasn't something to my liking, and so I called Gaurav and asked him if he could just re-order and get bigger sized carpet. I was expecting some discussion around it about costs and the wastage of existing carpet piece, but to my surprise it was quite straightforward.Gaurav agreed and re-ordered the new carpet and the fitter came in and finished off the job in couple of days. 5 STARS for great customer service, and also for being available to take calls late in the evening when needed.
