It was a while ago now that I visited this salon for the first time, and I wont make that mistake again. I asked a friend where she got her hair coloured from as it looked so good, she said it was by a lady called Naja at beauty point in Hounslow. I tried to book an appointment with her but she was going on holiday at the time and said they all do the same in terms of how they colour and style the customer's hair. So having trusted that, I booked an appointment. They made a mess of my hair, it was just streaky looking and the colour used was cheap quality and not what I asked for. I told them I wasn't happy and I want them to sort it out. They said they'll have to charge me, which was ridiculous considering they did such a bad job in the first place. I was so upset with the amateur way they coloured my hair that in the end I decided to cancel the appointment altogether and get it sorted at another salon as I didn't want to risk it here again. Maybe their other services such as threading and waxing are better I don't know, but to get your hair coloured here is a definite no. Its just cheap and they don't know what they're doing as they're not professional hair stylists. Upsetting experience.Service: Hairstyling

Staff carries attitude. May be underpaid staff hence no good customer service or any attempt to build rapport. This is my last visit and will never recommend. All the best.

Just worst I went this morning to this place for hair cut wash , they did worst to me, it looks better if I do this in my home, they charged me £25 and it is worsth less and the lady is speaking rude ? . I wasted my money and time and worst experience i had this morning.

Extremely poor service and overcharged!I was charged double the usual rate for my usual services. I was told this was a ?new? price however, there was no updated price list rather a word of mouth stated by the employee. To add insult to injury, this was proven to be untrue as a family member had used the same salon 2 hours beforehand, and charged the normal rate (half of what I was charged).If you wish not to be subject to this blatant price discrimination nor pay double the correct rate, I highly recommend AVOIDING this place.I would rate this place a 0 but google doesn?t not allow me to do so. Friendly staff and decent quality service. A simple salon but does the job well for very reasonable prices. Just popped in while I was in the area for a manicure and they were very accomodating and professional. Thank you!

Zara and Zoya do eyebrows great. Not sure about other services and unless its one of these two dont let anyone else touch your eyebrows, they will be ruined and made incredibly thin. These two are amazing, no pain, incredibly quick and do them amazingly well. Price at £3 is good too.
