Worst salon I?ve been to. Unprofessional and unorganised. Was told when I arrived to my appointment that there?s no one to do my nails and the guy mentioned that it?s not his fault the staff don?t show up! Not to mention he comes across creepy and annoying as he micromanages the employees which made me feel uncomfortable. He has no idea what he is doing and struggles when it comes to working out the right amount for payment. Owner is very good at manipulating and making it seem like it?s the customers fault for a terrible experience.

Had my nails done by Tash, she was lovely and had nice conversation. We ran into a problem during the service regarding my design so we had to improvise a little but she still made it look lovely I appreciate her effort.Thank you :)

Poor customer service and nail job.The owner seems to clap back to poor reviews like a child, I've uploaded photos, I asked them to remove the nails which they refused as they double booked.Look at the photos and how the chrom is not on all of them and how she chipped another nail and messed up the shape, no one would want these nails.I paid £42 and was refunded £37, they really needed that £5 didn't they?Feel free to post any "voice recording", I've given my review and can post our email thread where you constantly ignored me stating I wanted them off. I've given you advice take it or don't your response says a lot and my pictures don't lie.

I have been getting my lashes from Aisha for over a year , she?s very professional and the quality of lashes are very very good and I?ve been to a few lash clients but Aisha is the best one. They can last me a minimum of 6 weeks. I?ve also had my facial done by Edita. Best facial I?ve ever done , made my skin glow for weeks .I definitely recommend getting your lashes and a facial done there .Service: Skin treatments

Just had my lash extensions done by Aisha this morning.1) Super friendly and comfortable.2) Clean venue.and 3) (most importantly) I love my lashes! Honestly speaking, it has been nearly 8 years since I have had extensions, so I had to get used to them, but she did a brilliant job at giving my thin lashes an actual full lash look (I was planning on getting full sets of classics but after showing me the difference I chose the Russian one in the end).Definitely coming back once I need infills.Her instagram doesn?t show East Asian clients but don?t be fooled, she can definitely do all sorts of lashes.Service: Eyelash extensions
