Went to Barclays Hounslow High street branch last week , and was assisted by staff member Ramit Gupta , what an exceptional charming guy , who was very polite and courteous. Very professional and knowledgeable, took time in understanding my issue , showed interest and resolved my issue in few minutes . I have been to various Banks around the world , because of nature of my job , but never ever received a world class service like him before . Great Asset to the Bank . I think Barclays should employ more like him . All the Best .
