My original visit was an appointment regarding something else in person. I was greeted by Sofia, who was happy to step in instead of her colleague, she was so helpful and made me feel comfortable enough to speak to her about another banking situation I had at the time. She was so easy to talk to and very friendly, great service and im really glad I went in today.

I went to the Barclays bank today and it was a great experience, their was an employee her name was Sofia Feliciano and she was a really sweet person to talk to, she was very committed to her work, she was giving us general life advice it was needed and overall it was really nice meeting her.
