Avant homecare is providing care for my disabled son. They have been caring for past one year. The hounslow team have always supported our needs and have the carers always cares and look after my son as one of their own.The carers, kirandeep, ramandeep, manjeet and ishuri all are respectful, caring, passionate, professionals and supportive. My son has an Autism with Severe Learning Disability , it took me few years to trust any carers or child minder so that I could leave my son under their care and have ME time moment! Avant kept on sending carers according to my requests and my son's needs, they provided me 2 excellent careers a few months ago and words are not enough to express my immense happiness and satisfaction the way they execute and deliver their skills to improve my son. The name of the carers and Prabjot and Sandeep, the real gem for the Company.They continously are lerning various skills on how to manage challenging behaviours and how to Communicate using special language called PECs(Pictorial Exchange Communication Techniques) with my son and they have also undertaken Epilepsy MaNAGEMENT course on how to manage Medical Condition if arise with my son, I can now have that ME time without a shadow of a doubt when they are with my son, my son is someone who needs 2 carers at all times due to his extreme condition and I had process for him to stay in residential care Unit for his betterment as I was absolutely unable to cope and would not trust any other for his care, after meeting these amazing carers ,my life has changed for better and I have now decided to keep my son only because of these ladies. Within few months, they have taught my son so much and now my son has a rigid structured plan in place that he follows at home too, the plan was constructed by those carers with the help of Positive Behaviour Strategy management team. All the team at Avant are highly Professional and they meet my needs promptly and instantly, they always deliver the optimum service. Thank you so much Avant for changing my life for good!!

We have used Avant Hounslow Care for a number of years and they are very good with my mum. She has regular carers such as Shorifa ,Rajwant and Zam zam who are very attentive and have a lot of patience. They respond to my emails for cancellations and extra calls quickly, its good customer service from Harjinder. Thank you Avant.

I am leaving a review to say that Millie is someone who I can't fault she said she is heavy handed but I feel clean and refreshed.Rajbeer what can i say without hurting her feelings she doesn't seem so confident she's on her phone. On Saturday ì asked for a shower and a Hair wash she said I'm here tomorrow I can do it then.If I had a choice I would have millie every day even if she does turn up at 10Ish
