Population here is grown with new flats in the area, which means more people are trying to avail.services from this pharmacy. However, timing us reduce and also mtiple 40.mins break. Why all staff are required to take a break together waiting g time is too long. You get a message that the prescription is ready and even hou after 3 to 4 hours it never ready. Excise is message get generated when you received prescription. However, processing takes longer.

Website & directory state their pharmacy delivers. Called them for emergency 111 repeat prescriptions and advised they DO NOT DELIVER AT ANY TIME.

Today, I have been to this pharmacy to collect my 3months daughter's prescription for asthama which was urgent . I was waiting at the counter from 12.10pm . The Asian dismannered Hindu lady came to the counter at 12.30pm and told me that they are on lunch break come at 1pm.I requested her to tell atleast the medicine is available in stock or not? She refused to tell even the availability .Such an illiterate, unprofessional, unkind lady .. i was ready to wait until the lunch break.. She refused to tell atleast the availability. I literrally cursed that lady and came out.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with a ASDA pharmacist in Hounslow central,and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. The level of service and professionalism I received was far below what I would expect from a reputable pharmacy.Firstly, the pharmacist seemed disinterested and dismissive when I approached the counter to collect my medicine. It was evident that they lacked basic interpersonal skills and failed to provide the compassionate care that patients deserve.Furthermore, when I asked questions about my medication, the pharmacist appeared uninformed and unprepared I was left feeling uncertain and frustrated, as their lack of knowledge compromised my trust in their expertise.Overall, my experience with the pharmacist at ASDA was extremely disappointing. From their apathetic attitude to their lack of knowledge.[ It is crucial to demonstrate professionalism by taking responsibility for any mistakes made and showing kindness through a sincere apology. Acknowledging errors and expressing genuine remorse is not only an ethical practice but also essential for maintaining positive relationships and trust in a professional setting ]

I booked flu vaccine for today at 11 am. they kept me waiting over 30 min. no one else was taking it before me. they were serving multiple who came after me. customer service doesn't exist there. the nurse super friendly

I wish I could give 0 stars extremely slow and I had to wait around 40-50 mins to collect one medication which was an ear drop they don?t even have to make it. Extremely disappointing with customer service they just take order but complete them in one hour.

I'm using my regular medication but always facing problems to get my medicine just because I not using benefits or universal credit. Even I paid one month advance for my medication but they didn?t order it. I visited pharmacy 10 times a month but that they said always tomorrow they are almost out of their mind. Why they ask me to paid first if they don?t have stocks. Since I'm on control drug they can't transfer it to another store. Hopefully they will get in tomorrow. They were not sympathetic . Why only allowing full treatment only for those people who are taking any benefits and universal credit. We are contributing NHS services why we are not getting our medication after we paid it.Compromise with health issue as a human being it?s not right.

I always come here to get my father?s prescriptions. However, they are always extremely slow and make you wait a really long time (seems like it?s fun to the staff to do so)! One of the staff member gave the phone number of this pharmacy so that I can contact them before coming to collect the prescription!! However every time I call they are unwilling to respond to the phone!! Also, they tell me it will take 30 minutes so I wait and cold after 30 minutes!! But then I have to wait an hour and half!!! Like guys I got something else to do (we all have life?s)! I also work in customer service and know this is not acceptable, I know how hard it is but half an hour and I?m still waiting now!! This pharmacy is insane, I only Cole here due to my father using it, if it was up to me I will never come here!! I gave two star only cuz the staff is nice, otherwise this pharmacy deserve zero star!! They told me ten minutes when I came in and I?m still here waiting after flipping 30 minutes!!

Ask my wife to get me specific Medication. Of courses "wanna be a doctor" staff was trying to be smarter then actual doctor and convicted my wife to by smth completely different.
