Hi today around 12.00 I came to Argos in Hounslow from Ealing, and ot was very difficult to select on the touch screen and were less staff. I want to leave than I saw a young smiling woman on my left side who has helped so much . She served me excellently and without her helping me I wouldn't have bought all those I needed.Lastly,I asked her name and she said AishaMany thanks for her.

Ordered a sim free handset which came with a free sim cardThe phone and the sim card came down together When I went to collect the untrained unprofessional staff said I can only take the phone and collect the sim separately Made me join the queue for fifteen minutes even though i've already used the self service and paid for my phone Only to apologize and give me the same phone and sim backSpoke with anita Who apologized but that is not good enough Staff should be trained to be on the shop floor Asad Reach out to me if you need some support for your staff. I'm also an argos colleague Very disappointed in hounslow argos Also every single staff speaking urdu On the shop floor in front of customers Made me feel really uncomfortable because I knew they were clearly talking about me in my situation. Hi Yesterday the Argos staff delivered my Washing machine . It was very excellent. But one month ago I ordered Fridge was awful. Very rude staff. Argos in High streets are very rude.specially girls.

This is a order and pick up store . Staffs are very friendly and helpful.Store manager Mohammed was very kind and helped us in the process of return as the TV was damaged .

Really bad experience with rude staff on 29/10/23 with regards to return of an item. There is a way to speak to customers. She also boasted this is ARGOS not ASDA OR AMAZON. Good luck Argos, it?s better to shop at AMAZON or ASDA anyways as that will help me avoid dealing with such unpleasant staff. No wonder retail is land is dying and even the best brand shut in a jiffy. Next time try to be polite with customers.

Where is the staff?! One person to serve over 5-7 people, on bad luck waiting an hour to pick up order or just do refund. Also change your return policy! How the hell I suppose to check if the device is working properly if I can't open it?! What an idiotic policy. It's 21st century!

Had a terrible experience with this lady Naureen in argos store Hounslow. I had to replace my cookwork table hot plate the way she kept making faces and unpleasant to talk with. Neither she checked nectar card. I missed my nector points becauseof her. on receipt it shows I didn't get any my nectar points. When i said i need to replace she just print the receipt and gave not even bothered to ask us whether we would like to have a receipt on email. Nor did I got my receipt in my email item purchase which normally I get whenever I had things purchase from argos. She was very very rude I never seen someone treating a customer like this. Worst experience

Popped in to the store to return an item as I did not like it. Very bad customer service from the member of staff and the store manager as they did not have enough of information. Tbh i was told that they do not accept items once the box is opened.

I had a very bad experience with a young staff who did not seem to understand her job in resolving my issue and she behaved as if every customer is stupid and she became very rude to me when it was suggested to do her job in a better manner/attitude to the customer. She kept defending herself with useless arguments instead of saying sorry which showed more of her ignorance and disrespectful attitude to the customer. Much appreciated to the mature lady, one of the staff, who noticed this young lady attitude to me and asked her to leave and to go inside.
