Not happy with either Google or Argos. Conflicting information! Google says closing time 9pm
After I've placed my order I've scrolled further down on Google to the Argos info and it says 6.30pm closing! I had already placed the order around 6.05 it takes at least 20/25 minutes to get there! ?
Google/Argos sort & put out the correct info! ?????

I travelled for 30 mins in heat today to collect my purchase just to find out you are closed due to system issues.

Terrible experience at Argos Hounslow. I paid in full online to reserve a Bush bladeless fan, only to turn up and be told the item couldn?t be found. Why allow payment if the stock isn?t actually available? Complete waste of time. What made it worse was the fact that they didn?t even refund me after I left ? I had to chase it up myself. Shocking level of incompetence and poor customer service. Won?t be returning.

When paying for an item requires me to select no to give separate things it really slows down the experience. Especially if the machines are awfully slow

Very poor customer service, ordered my phone from till and till?s lady asked me if I wanted my phone to be delivered or come and collect as she said it cost me 3 pound and I choose delivery. When I gave all my information about address and number she said 4.95 pound will be charged. After knowing delivery price I changed my mind to come and collect. And she said , you cannot come and collect your product here some product doesn?t comes here it should be delivered whereas it was clearly shown ( order today and collect tomorrow ) on ordering screen. So I had no option then choosing delivery. I don?t know why we cannot come and collect (iPhone 14 plus blue) product no. 118 from store .

Does what it needs to do but not enough staff so even with only three or four people waiting to be seen it still took longer than it should have done.
