I went to this store thinking it closed at 4 PM, but they locked the doors at 3:50 PM just to grab one item on sunday. The security whose name was Ashok or Asure was extremely rude and disrespectful and wouldn?t let us talk to the manager. Kept on saying not possible. Wasted a whole 10 minutes arguing. Totally unacceptable! I won?t be coming back.

"I'm absolutely loving shopping at Aldi Hounslow! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions.
The prices are unbeatable, and the quality of the products is top-notch. I've been impressed by the freshness of the produce and the taste of the meat and dairy products. The weekly specials are also a great way to discover new products and save even more money.
I've been shopping at this Aldi location for a few months now, and I've noticed that they're always stocked up on essentials. The checkout process is also quick and efficient, which is a bonus.
One thing that really stands out to me is the store's commitment to reducing waste. The packaging is minimal, and they offer a lot of products in bulk, which is great for reducing plastic waste.
Overall, I'm so glad I made the switch to Aldi Hounslow. It's saved me money, reduced my environmental impact, and provided me with high-quality products. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!"

Nice Aldi and plenty of other shops around.
Only thing downside is the parking, always packed. I don?t usually write review but today the till lady (short hair) ruin my day. Shopped there today (16/11/24 @ 14:30ish), she was so rude. She keeps scanning items, pushing it through even if she can see the woman was struggling to put them all in the bag. can hear her talking to her and was in unacceptable manner.

Having been a customer here for years. The staff here get worse each time we have visited.
Came today at around 9pm ish near to closing time and the assistant manager David refused to serve us. Alongside another lady with him at the till she refused to serve us aswell. Both have their headsets on and refuse to acknowledge that we?re asking them to serve us as we had quite a big shop with heavy items. This took place on the 5th November at approx 9:30pm when we got to the till.
The manager was happy to serve us and the assistant manager did not cover the manager at the self checkout for her to come serve us as he was a racist idiot. A white male refusing to serve an Asian family. We decided to walk out the store and leave did not proceed with the shopping.
Having such bad customer service from almost every manager there. Either they?re racist, or rude and do not know the basics of customer service.
Will I be going there again we?ll see, if these staff members have some sort of disciplinary action. And we get a response back from the complaints team.

Great location and plenty of parking. Right next to another high efficiency discount chain that also has parking should you need more.
Quiet when I visited on a weekday evening, but unfortunately many of the shelves were empty and the staff were struggling to keep up with the restocking - it's likely I had just missed an evening rush to be fair to them.
Got chatting to a staff member who told me he'd been working there for 20 years, which was remarkable. Very friendly place overall. This is my closest Aldi and is 5 miles from me, I found it a bit of a pain to get to having to drive through Hounslow, but it's not far from the A4 if you're coming from further afield.

This Aldi has got to be the Absolute Worst !!! Witnessed staff harassing a Disabled woman who had pushed her trolley of 6 items to pay at self service tills , the Asian male assistant was pushing the trolley towards this woman who tried to explain she needs to use a trolley to walk round the store , he becomes aggressive shouting for the manager , she turns up , another customer interjects saying she felt this was way too heavy handed , both manager and assistant tell her to be quiet it?s got nothing to do with you , waste of time complaining to head office a German Company that thinks they?re always right , sounds familiar
