Very unprofessional staff no one ready to help both staff members busy on the phone while sitting behind the till one had AirPods in her ear talking to someone the other just on her phone when I asked for size they said we don?t have it and didn?t bothered checking for me in case in the stockroom this happened in Terminal 4 and when I said I?ll be taking this matter to head office they said we don?t care so I took their names and one of them even being a manager when I asked to speak to manager their names were Andrea and JasmineReally unhappy with my experience at accessorize

A well equipped accessories and clothing store at the Departure area of Terminal 2, Heathrow Airport in London. Focussing on Women's wear mainly. Quite polite and courteous staff. Would recommend this store.

When I visited the store they had tons of cute things from jewelry to swimsuits.The staff was kind and helpful and the prices were very fair considering the economy.I purchased a cute cz bracelet. Loved it! But during my travels I misplaced it. If I would have had time on my way back through I would have purchased it again along with other items!

The lady who served me with Name Zoya Khan?. Was so rude? she cut the brand tag instead of just taking the price tag off? and instead of giving me a small bag gave a large sized bag whereas the items i took were tiny? very rude.
