The food served here is always amazing and caters to the picky palettes of little ones, ambience is not over the top but cosy enough for a local weekend dine out.
The major put off however is the forcibly added, almost awkward moment when you ask for the bill and see a gratuity amount already keyed in by your server and you have to reluctantly just pay for (happens almost every time we visit).. perhaps, giving patrons the option to choose or reject would be better, no?
Hopefully the management reads this to ensure this is not encouraged further in any form.

Great food and friendly staff, but the restaurant was freezing cold. On one of the coldest nights of the year, there was no heating on. It was not pleasant being so cold. I will not be returning in winter.

Went in yesterday for an evening meal and my experience wasn't a good one, on entry the experience was not welcoming although the restaurant was 10% full (I wonder why). We were quickly told we could sit anywhere, the restaurant was cold in temperature as well as atmosphere, (I wanted to get out as soon I sat down) As usual the drinks came quickly, we ordered our food at once, which also came quickly. The waiting staff were having fun with each other pushing a light up star in each others faces.... Cutting a long dreadful experience short, the food was OK, bruschetta was burnt, I didn't want to make an issue of it so didn't bother complaining there. In short 2 adults 1 child (Kid's menu) no alcohol bill came to just under £70 - I will not be returning, there are many better options out there for that kind of money with a better experience.

The food is lovely and we went as there was 50 % off mains on the app however still an expensive night out due to cost of drinks, our waitress Khamar was friendly, attentive and efficient as always

We love Zizi overall,but When we visited this particular branch it was suuuper cold inside and heaters were not working.All customers were sitting wearing Jackets.This wasn?t a pleasant atmosphere.Poor waiter was running around in t shirt and was shaking a form cold(bless him).Two ladies at the bar were unfriendly.The food was nice and yummy as usual.Dont think we will visit this branch again.
