Needed 2 keys was shocked to have a bill for 24 quid for 2 normal house keys that took 15 seconds to cut. I could have bought a complete new lock with 3 keys for 12 from amazon, won't be returning at those rip off prices

The two chaps working here on the 2/11/24 at 15:00 were absolutely fantastic! Lovely gentleman, kind and committed to customer service.
They laser engraved a watch strap for me (which is a wedding present from my very soon wife to be) and did a superb job in no time at all! Absolutely brilliant people!

Watch repairs... my watch needs minor repair,nothing serious just to open and glue one part in, i was told they can?t do it, needs to be sent somewhere, but today they can?t take watch because ?blanks? was finished? and in polite way i was explained that will take 3-4 weeks? so they are very good in changing batteries for 50£A week later went to The Watch Lab left my watch for repair next day phone received call with quotation, in evening watch was ready for collection, also they done pressure test and gave warranty on that- amazing.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Mitchell on an early morning. Very professional, was only to get my car key fixed, but he explained to be all the questions I raised regardless of me not having any idea about how it worked. Gave me a great deal too! Definitely recommend. Alex

I think the guy there is called Mitchell. He was very friendly and cut a key for me which had broke in half. First time it would not work so he made some adjustments and it worked perfectly. Very professional and knowledgable. Brilliant service which saved me a real headache! Thank you.
