Most of the staff in this store are well mannered and welcoming, but later this evening when I shopped in this store when it?s less busy. I experienced a contrast of service between two different employees. The first was welcoming and said he would watch over my bike while I shop in store quickly for my groceries which was kind. Although, there was a slight miss understanding at first when he saw me holding a twin pack of avocados in cardboard packaging when he said; I hope you aren?t going to tear the cardboard packaging apart and not buy them. And I replied, I wasn?t doing that, I was carefully checking both avocados weren't bruised or perished because they?re not cheap and I don?t want to get them home only to find one or both avocados have perished and will then have to throw them away after paying for them. He then realized he misjudged the situation and appreciated me explaining to him what I was doing. I then go to the till to pay the cashier for my groceries and while standing there another Tesco employee walks into the store in a non uniform and says hello. I turn around and say hello back because I recognize him after visiting this store on numerous occasions and remember this employee when he first started working there when he use to wear a cap with his uniform. And how polite he was to me every time I entered the store, making me feel welcome. But this time was different because after I said hello, I didn?t realize he wasn?t saying hello to me, he was saying hello to his colleague who was serving me at the till. And he made it very clear to me I wasn?t saying hello to you, I was saying hello to my colleague. Even so, this wasn?t a problem but it was his attitude and vibe towards me that really bothered me, especially when he use to acknowledge me before when he first started working there but now just ignored me like I didn?t exist. I didn?t like that because I may not spend a lot of money in this store but I have in bigger Tesco?s and just felt like he acted arrogant and dismissive. I also feel he ?may be management now? because he was dressed smart which might explain his arrogance towards me. After that experience which wasn?t rude necessarily but it?s about how that employee made me feel when I stood there next to the till getting ready to make payment with my card. I just felt like you know me mate but you purposely chose to ignore me. Vibes like that make me not want to shop in that store again.

Just too expensive. I just go there for milk and pick up anything on discount if I fancy it. These small TESCO will sell more if they put items with lower prices.

As a local shop Tesco express is ok. But as with all my Tesco reviews i will repeat that their pricing structure is not a patch on Lidl and Aldi both of who offer far better prices which is why i no longer shop at Tesco exclusively. The other dissapointing thing about Tesco is their reduced rewards offered via the clubcard scheme.

Staff in store pleasant. Been in there today no social distancing due to the amount of students from the college and most not wearing masks . This is the first time I felt unsafe using this store .

The service in this store is appalling and has been for around 4 months, the staff are miserable and not engaged, today for the fifth time I was given a different brand of cigarettes than the ones I asked for, The man who served me gave me the impression I was invading on his time, I am a customer I along with all your. customers should expect a decent service as a minimum. Just because your local I donâ??t have to use you and I wonâ??t be from now on until this mess is sorted out!

Nice and polite staff .There is this girl named Sana at the till in the evenings she is very friendly and helpful .The store is always well stocked . I'm a happy customer .
