Shocking customer service, I was over charged on an item I bought went back into the store spoke to customer service who asked a colleague to check, I saw 3 of them walk over take away the big pos stand there chatting for 3 minutes all the time customer service served 4 customers, then when one man did come back he commented that I will get my money back, I should think so too, he said it like he was doing me a favour, then customer service said she put the money back on my card, that was days ago and still no money, it's only £3.79 but it's the principle of it. Then you can't call the store you get automated messages and not one of the 9 options are to complain.
Absolutely terrible customer care. I live 23 miles from the store and very unlikely to visit again for my refund.
Will go to alternative supermarkets from now on

Despite the overrunning refurbishment the staff are still cheerful & more than happy to help.
I look forward to the produce being in thier permanent places, rather than the current musical aisles - it is almost as fluid as the staircase in Hogwarts!!!

Strange tesco super store, items, those who have short shelf life they have in stock & items those have long shelf life they don't put in stock like pampers pants 2,3,4,8 & calpol 0-2 year, bananas etc short story they have enough space on shelfs but stock not available all the time, have to go Renham Store???

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. So different from the Rainham store. Clean, well stocked, with real people on the tills. Will defo use this tesco again.

Visited this store 3 days ago and found it to be quite possibly the most vile experience you could have. On entering with my family we headed straight for the pic n mix as always. I scooped some cola bottles out and in the 4-5 seconds while looking for a bag a store lady aggressively approached me and screamed "those aren't for free you have to pay for them" (I am fully aware of this) I politely replied that I'm looking for a bag. She simply turned away in disgust and whisperd to her colleague they both continually stared at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Finished our shop and while at the checkout with my family the lady who was whispered to asked me to move away from my wife and children so I asked why on earth would I do that and she said to give our customers some space. I politely explained it was my wife and children and she simply shrugged her shoulders. I am still at a loss as to why these evil middle aged women acted in such a nasty vile way. Perhaps the fact that we are a racially blended family is still too much of an issue for people of a certain age @tesco please feel free to check your CCTV
