Since I moved to Upminster , I was really worried as North London has one of the best nail places. I didn?t know what I?m going to do one day, passing by while doing grocery I saw Stunning Nails I walked in and I must say it?s been nearly 2 years, no matter where I move I?m going to come back. Thank you for always doing the best service ever????

The service was okay, though i had to wait a bit as they were busy. Had my nails done here, they said the use SNS dipping powder but within 24 hours, my first left fingernail cracked. I haven't had the time to go back there

Will not be coming back here again! Awful customer service, the guy with the tattoos was doing my nails and did not listen to what I wanted, he was cleaning my nails so vigorously he made them bleed. They looked infected by the evening. This has caused me so much stress as my fingers and nails are all sore and I have had to put plasters on top of three of my nails which is not what I paid for. Also when my cousin asked to change the colour of her nail polish the guy was so rude. Very disappointing service.

Worst nail extensions ever. The acrylics don't match the shape of the nails, the cuticles weren't cut properly and I had to continuously tell the technician what I wanted. At some point he was annoyed and started to filling my nails very vigorously at the same time that was talking with his colleague in their language. Rude and unprofessional

I was passing and decided I need my nails filing and as it was empty, I went in. The man there said he could do my nails and I was to sit down. As I sat down and looked at the chair and the table, I couldn?t believe how dirty it was. I left immediately!

Services here have really gone down hill. I visited with my daughter, who was also to have a pedicure. However she was ignored and they kept seei g to other walk ins after her.

I had my appointment booked in advance. I booked it during my 1h lunch break but still had to wait for 40 minutes before being seen, which made me late for work. I understand that they take walk-ins but don?t do that when you have customer pre-booked. What?s the point of booking then. Appointment was rushed as they were overbooked and manicure wasn?t done properly. Definitely unhappy with the whole experience.Service: Manicure

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT TODAYS EXPERIENCE NEEDS TO BE HEATD BY THE OWNER.I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS NAIL SALON FOR OVER 15YRS, MY DAUGHTER NOW HAS HER NAILS DONE HERE OCCASIONALLY SO IVE SPENT A GOOD FEW £££ OVER THE YEARS. HOWEVER MY LAST 3 SETS OF ACRYLICS PLUS MY DAUGHTERS HAVE ALL CHIPPER OR SPLIT WITHIN A WEEK. IVE NEVER MOANED OR GONE BACK BEFORE AND ALWAYS THOUGHT ILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AS IN GENERAL OVER THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES. ITS ONLY BEEN THE PAST 6/9 MONTHS OR SO THE STAFF HAVE AND WORK HAS GONE DRAMATICALLY DOWN HILL.AS EVERY BUSINESS THE PRICES HAVE GONE UP I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE A PROFIT TOO, BUT AT NEARLY £40 A SET I EXPECT THEM TO LAST MORE THAN A FEW DAYS.SO TODAY I RETURNED HAVING HAD MY NAILS DONE ONLY 2 DAYS AGO TO COMPLAIN AS ABOUT 5 NAILS WERE CHIPPED AND ONE WAS COMPLETELY CRACKED OFF. THIS HAPPENED THE PAST 3 TIMES BUT I NEVER WENT BACJ TO COMPLAIN I JUST PUT UP WITH IT.WELL TODAY I FELT LIKE NO IVE SPENT GOOD MONEY AND I SHOULDNT BE GETTING A BAD SERVICE. I ASKED FOR THEM TO BE TOTALLY RE-DONE AS THE ACRYLIC WAS CLEARLY TOO THIN AND WOULD JUST HAPPEN AGAIN LIKE MY PREVIOUS SETS.THE LADY I WONT MENTION NAMES AS ITS UNFAIR BUT SHE CLEARLY WASNT HAPPY AT ALL, HUFFING, TELLING ME I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON WHO DONE THEM (WHO WASNT IN) ALL MY SETS HAVE BROKE PAST 3 TIMES BY VARIOUS PEOPLE. SO I WOULD SAY YOU USING CHEAP PRODUCTS OR RUSHING YOUR WORK!I WAS GIVEN A WHOLE NEW SET, WHICH TOOK UP ANOTHER 1.5HRS OF MY DAY BUT MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THE TOTAL OBVIOUS TALKING ABOUT ME AND LAUGHING IN THEIR LANGUAGE! IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS AS POINTING AND LEANING OVER TO LOOK. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, I FELT REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE TO BE HONEST. I HAVE NEVER FELT LIKE THAT BEFORE AS I SAID IVE BEEN COMING FOR OVER 15yrs!THE NEW SET IS ALSO AWFUL THE ACRYLIC IS CLOUDY AND DOESNT MATCH WITH THE ORIGINAL NAILS AND ITS BUMPY. SO HAVING PAID £37 WASTED ANOTHER FEW HOURS MY NAILS STILL LOOK AWFUL AND I CANT RETURN AS THE ATMOSPHERE IS AWFUL IF YOU QUESTION THE WORK.I REALLY GENUINELY DIDNT WANT TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AS A COUPLE OF THE ORIGINAL STAFF ARE SO NICE AND I FEEL BAD, BUT AFTER SO LONG COMING HERE I THINK TODAY WILL BE MY LAST TIME!THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP IS NOW HOW IT WAS AND THE NEWER STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!Services: Eyebrows
