For an unconfident, 49 year young - filler newbie, 2nd time but it was my first rejuvenation 4ml experience with Skin Lab Beauty, in a perfect location with a professional, welcoming, non judgemental young lady called Magda, who knew exactly how much was needed to lift my flat cheeks, and correct my jaw line!
I was very anxious, needlephobia but I managed to power through the fairly painless procedure. Cheeks were tolerable, slight sting, had numbing cream on, but that was to be expected as my cheeks were intially quite flat.
Jowls/jawline was painless, the cannula was painless, I wished I had my face rejuvenated years ago but I'm glad I came here, as they are experienced. They treated me kindly, we got along well and the results are impressive.
I would never go anywhere else, as Magda didn't judge me.

Not sure how this company won an award. I was told to put down £20 for deposit and if the consultation goes well the £20 will come off the full Payment and if I wasn?t happy I will get my refund before leaving the clinic. After I didn?t get my refund. I contacted Stephanie, the person that I sent the deposit to and wanted to know when I was going to get my refund. Stephanie replied very late to my messages, however when wanting to book me she replied rapidly. That tells a lot about this person. Long story short? I have voice notes from Stephanie stating I will get my refund if I was not happy, If she didn?t say that I wouldn't of booked. Now the company doesn?t want to refund my £20. I know it?s only £20 but it?s the principle and I?m standing up for myself! I will be taking this further. If anyone wants to see proof I?m happy to share to see what kind of clinic your dealing with.

I have been to see Magda a number of times now. She is excellent at what she does and really listened to what I wanted. Not only has she done an amazing job and I look natural but enhanced so people would not guess I have had botox and fillers. Magda looks at your face and works on you with your individual look. She also had a good sense of humour and we have both laughed and she has really put me at ease and reassured me. I have already recommended her to a number of friends. Thank you Magda :-)

I've done two treatments. The receptionists were very friendly. I was seen by the head aesthetician whom I found abrupt albeit not rude. No explanation was given to me during the treatments. It felt so rushed. The first time they gave me tear through filler which was overfilled and I had to have it dissolved. The second time I had lip filler which made my upper lips look like Bart Simpson. It was so rushed and not at all like what I asked (Russian lips). I personally don't think they can treat black lips. Again I had the fillers dissolved. I wish they'll take their time to listen and talk through the treatment like other clinics I've been to. No aftercare was explained or provided. It just seems they want clients in and out fast.
