The service was slow and we waited ages for our meal and in the end we tried the self service but the chicken was frozen. I won?t be coming back to this restaurant again I can tell you.

A big selection of everything unlike some cheaper supermarkets but obviously you pay for it a little more. The store is a little outdated but a good place to shop and at a great location. Parking is plentiful which is fantastic

THIS DOES NOT FAULT STAFF!!! just the people who make it harder for me and them so me and my mum went in we scanned all are food with the device at front we went to the the self checkout and scanned the barcode then said we need a check so the young lady scans some items then it says we need a whole check meaning scanning all items.. sorry what was the point of scanning the items in the first place its meant to be quick but not here so had to have it all scanned again missing a interview luckily got a second chance but stressed me the hell out

Plenty of parking. Store's a good size (not huge but big enough to buy what you need although cos of the size it dont have as much choice as a larger store). Friendly staff. Well stocked and you will find what you need with no problem, it don't have extra non food items like other stores however if you just want groceries it's perfect. I Like the smartshop app too if I'm doing a bigger shop.
Sainsburys can be more expensive than Lidl, and it's a shame they've shut the toilets now. But all in all still decent store that I use when convenient

I just wanted to share the lovely experience I had today at Sainsbury?s, thanks to Carol Sihra at the customer service desk. I had come in to do a big shop, but when I got there, I realized I had forgotten to bring a pound coin for the trolley. I only had Apple Pay with me and no physical bank card, so I was worried I wouldn?t be able to get a trolley and might have to go all the way back home.
I decided to go to the customer service desk and ask if there was any way they could help?and that?s when I met Carol. I explained my situation, and she kindly informed me that I couldn?t get cashback using Apple Pay. But instead of turning me away, she generously offered to lend me a pound out of her own pocket so I could use a trolley.
Thanks to her kindness, I was able to do all my shopping without any hassle and still make the most of the time while my kids were at their club. Carol?s helpfulness, understanding, and genuine care made a big difference to my day. I?m so grateful and just wanted to say a massive thank you to her?and to let Sainsbury?s know what a wonderful team member they have.
