Pleasant evening at Prezzo Honchurch.
Good value with excellent choices of food and drink including vegan options
(recommend Garlic Bread with Cheese + Onions plus Tre Gusti Pizzas - Vegan and Non-Vegan).
Spacious resturant with a nice vibe.
Attentive staff (special mention to Anetka and Juliet - thank you).
Vegetarian options: Varied and clearly included within regular menus

Absolutely terrible service ordered food and waited over an hour and still no starters arrived, people waiting ages and kids behind us were crying and people were complaining and all they had to say was we?re a little busy tonight. Couldn?t give a time as to when our staters would at least arrive so we ended up paying before our food arrived and they still charged me the full amount.

Thought it would be third time lucky, but no.Awful food, service and atmosphere. The staff need communication skills and attend to customers instead of standing and chatting. It was busy but only 2 staff were on plus manager who was behind the bar!
Never going near this place again.

5 of us had a really excellent lunch at Prezzo's yesterday. The food was good, as usual, and so was the service. We all had a great time and will return in the near future. Well recommended.

Had dinner there New Year's
With family and friends so we decided to have separate bills
But a few of us did not won't starters, When the others starters come out they brought our Main course as well, we explained we wonted our main course to to come out when the others had theirs our waiter did not speak very good English but took our mains back to the kitchen, when all our mains were served they came out over done as if they had been left in the oven
The portions were Very small,
And there Service was atrocious
Would not go back there again
No way was it value for money.
Parking: We came by bus .
Kid-friendliness: Not good
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a step going in

Very poor slow service, didn?t even get asked for drinks , starters took ages like the main .. food was salty and the cheesecake tasted old ..it was absolutely freezing in there . Went in at 7.30 came out at closing time ..took half hour to sort out bill , as the they messed it up . No apologies given ..never going back .

The olives and the truffle chips were very tasty, the rest of the food was standard. Worked out very cheap with a Taste card. 2 mains, 2 sides, olives and a large glass of wine for £30. Did not wait long for the food to arrive. Friendly and attentive staff. Great for a quick bite to eat.

The food is perfectly good as all Prezzo restaurants, but the service is SO SLOW. We have been in several times and it's always the same...almost an hour from starter to main course. It gets very frustrating waiting and no communication from the waiting team, cannot understand it.

5 of us ate dined here on a week day for dinner. Food was very good; tasted very nice. Good size portions. We chose from the set menu, which was varied and good value. We had garlic prawns, pizza, spaghetti, beef & mash. Also desserts which included Sundays, Eton mess. Staff were great. Helpful and attentive. The restaurant was quiet and not busy and bit cold inside.

Sadly, we had a disappointing lunch,
Me, my wife, brother, and his wife, our mother and niece decided to have a get together and unfortunately our starters turned up later than expected and then had to wait over an hour for our mains, we decided not to have dessert as we didn't have the time to hang around.
It was disappointing as the reservation was booked well in advance, and it wasn't that busy.
