Me and my partner used to love ordering from here, we?d usually get a deal with a pizza to share, their ?tear-and-share? and a drink. Their food used to be nice and hot and their side that I mentioned used to ooze fresh hot mozarella and was really enjoyable; it also came quite quick.
It?s been a couple months maybe a even a year when we realized the foods being taking so much longer to arrive; 20-30 minutes after their ETA plus their tracking doesn?t ever work so it doesn?t help when we?re starting to get impatient. We rung them before and even the other day, we?ve had the same issue hence why I?m finally making a complaint, we rung but no answer despite ringing for solid 5-10 minutes.
I?ve decided now to make the complaint because we ordered tho other day, took again too long. Waiting 20 minutes past their ETA, for some reason the app bugged so instead of bringing the food to my partners place, it brought it to mine so that was also a hassle, and overall the experience from this branch has been miserable.
This is a more personal note but they?ve changed their ?tear-and-share?; the beloved side me and my partner always looked forward to when ordering from here and now it?s simply breadsticks with cheese on them.
We really used to enjoy pizza and the food from this place plus the couriers were genuinely nice majority of the time, but the food nows miserable and it just takes forever to even receive so I definitely don?t recommend eating from this branch.

they tell you to order online . so i did . what a joke 1 hour and 20 mins wait for one pizza . 5 drivers cancelled. i phoned the restaurant 4 times and no answer each time .. ridiculous

I placed a big order for my daughters 3rd Birthday for home delivery, and the service I received over the phone was outstanding. I dealt with a gentlemen called Shivesh who took my order and didn't charge be for 2 large pizzas, he also gave us 4 portions of free wedges and x2 big boxes of garlic sauces to last us until the year, again free of charge. He really made the process so easy and honestly the pizza was amazing! Oh and he didn't charge for delivery either... I definitely will be ordering from here again, it's the small wins. Shivesh you are fantastic at your Job and thank you for making all the kids happy with the extra free Pizza's!

We called to Complain - the manager could not care less. Despite repeat requsts, didnt even come to look into the matter himself. Talk about not caring at all for your customers. All about the ?.
Do yourself a favour and NEVER EVER order from this place again. Unless you want to end up in a HOSPITAL with your mouth all scratched up ! Absolutely appalled.

I ordered a vegetable supreme pizza for my grandparents who are vegetarian and a meat feast pizza for myself. They added meat onto the vegetable pizza!!! These people have never got my order right . It?s not nice as they were expecting pizza and could t eat it due to meat on it!!! Not the first time they got my order wrong

I was a notified that my pizza was delivered when it wasn?t, causing me to call the store multiple times with no answer. The driver obviously just wanted to make it look like it had been delivered quicker than it actually was. 15 minutes later I received the food and it was cold and chewy.

We never get the pizza we order correct. Ordered the spicy goat - comes with honey sauce and didn?t get that and they put mountains of jalapeño on it which are not included in the pizza. It was meant to be some sort of pepper pearl thing - I hate jalapeño. Make matters worse they wouldn?t answer the phone so a whole pizza gone to waste.

Have been returning to this Pizza Hut for over a year now and has been consistent. Orders are made in great time, pizza is always piping hot and are very generous with the toppings as you can see. Keep it up guys ?
