Possibly the rudest till staff I?ve ever dealt with. Snappy, rude, distracted and patronising. Took issue with how I was answering their questions in order to return an item, when the problem was really that their hearing was awful. The staff were equally rude when speaking to each other as they were to customers. I?ve been here exactly twice: once to buy an item, and once to return that item. Staff were horrible both times, so I won?t be shopping here again.

I wish the lady behind the desk had better customer service skills Always looks bloody miserable. Never get a please or thank you unless you are white British. Over the stores ok.

I have just been served by a very rude lady at Peacocks Hornchurch. Her manner was unpleasant and abrupt, making me feel very uncomfortable.

Actual store and staff all good. But really disappointed to shop there then to find the same stuff 20% cheaper online on the exact same day. How is that fair ?

The staff in the Hornchurch store are very kind, helpful and considerate, not like the staff in the Romford branch who were down right nasty & very unprofessional and not at all helpful! Maybe that?s why it shut down? ?
