Worst nail shop staff ever. Over rated for no reason. Poor communication. Booked appointment a week in advance f0r 10am. Shop was closed staff didnt turn up until 10.18am. Then they refused to do my nails because my 3 year old child was with me even though I explained he will be sitting in his Pram watching his screen. No where in the shop does it say no kids allowed. She told me to go on Instagram I said I don't have Instagram I should have been told over the phone before booking appointment. Pathetic rude staff. Never have I been refused to be seen because I have a child with me.

Just had my nails done by Hana and they look absolutely lovely and ready for my holiday!
Beautiful salon, the technicians are so so friendly and have a great rapport with customers. Fantastic service.

The salon is always immaculate and staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I have been using the services consistently for over a year now. Technicians are very skilled and it?s a very comfortable, calm environment. Parking is also convenient. Highly recommended.

I was really hoping for a great experience however it felt like daylight robbery. The aesthetics of the store doesn?t align with their bad service. I paid £108 for full set & a pedicure and the quality was terrible. The Gel polish on my nails chipped within 24hrs and they are not attentive whatsoever. I expected a high quality service from paying a premium price. I wouldn?t recommend. I would expect such service from a run down nail salon charging cheaper prices.
