Never had any problems at Nat West. Opens on Saturday unlike other banks. No fee for paying in coins unlike machines in Supermarkets. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Staff are lovely, but natwest nowadays is purely interested in profit not customers, opens at 9.30 closes at 4.30 opens 10 on a Wednesday, opens 9.30 Saturday and closes at 1 pm no cash desk. Awful company, poor staff, conditions are rubbish for them...

Nice staff, but you should know they don't have a "desk" available on weekends. So that means you can't do any cash withdrawals other than what you can get from a cashpoint

I've been here twice to deposit into the machines. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Very clean. Long queues sometimes but generally efficient as staff ask u what u want to do and today I managed to jump the queue cos I used the quick deposit. But long wait for the counter (it looked like anyway)Definitely use this branch when I'm in the area!

Have been using this bank for over 18 years and have never had any problems.Staff fantastic and do all they can to help and are so friendly.During Coronavirus lockdown found the staff to be as helpful as possible in such difficult times.

Whilst this is my bank and I'm generally very supportive of it.Unfortunately on this occasion I needed to speak to a real person and vas advised of a 40 minute wait. Which I have to say is totally unacceptable!Banks are a service industry that are here to support its customer base and manage their money.Please remember that not every customer transaction can be shifted to the online platforms.

Only one cashier available. More than 20 people queuing, nearly an hour wait. Awful customer service. Strange how there is some staff working around aimlessly.
