I recently had a disappointing experience at Nando?s. My chicken was smelly and raw, but when I asked a staff member, Ester, for a replacement, she dismissed my concern, insisting, "That's how a chicken smells." As a regular customer, I knew better and had to ask someone else to replace it. Her rude attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing.

I visited Nando's on Monday and was served by Mark. He was incredibly kind and pleasant, providing outstanding customer service. His friendly and helpful attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.

Very nice place and good atmosphere. Food and service as expected for a Nandos and kept very clean. You can use Sainsbury's parking as up to 2 hours which is handy as otherwise a little tricky to find free parking so close.

This is a very cute and cosy Nandos restaurant with some amazing staff who are really proud of their restaurant and keep it in a tip-top condition. I enjoy the intimacy of this restaurant as I often dine here by myself by grabbing either the chicken wings or a quarter chicken meal. Thank you, Hornchurch Nandos crew!
