I had a fingernail drop off today after a garden accident. I just popped in on the off-chance that I could get the gel paint removed from the rest of my nails. The lady saw me straight away even though it was late in the day. She was absolutely lovely and took the gel off both my hands and feet, trimmed and filed them. A bright, clean salon and I will go back once my nails have had a breather. Thanks for sorting me out. Much appreciated!

I'd been here a couple of times before and was happy enough. However they remove gel nails with electric file and on my 3rd visit the guy went totally over the top with the file and my fingers felt sore and bruised after. Went somewhere else to get the gel removed where they soak in acetone. My nails are a complete mess - you can see a massive ridge between the new growth and where he filed them. Nails are tissue paper thin, splitting and nail beds are still sore, weeks later. Will NEVER go here again.

Booked an appointment for 10am a month ago and when I attended there were 6 people in front of me, myself and my mum have been customers for years and we wont ever be returning. There?s always a wait but never anything like this. Shouldn?t let people book appointments if you?re not going to honour them

If i could give less than 1 star I WOULD !!! took over an hour when advertised to be only 35 minutes for BASIC french tips one nail was noticeably longer than the other and i had to mention to get it fixed !! another point to add is they are advertising acrylic nails with gel as £35 yet charged me £40 !! the white bits of the french tip are UNEVEN and one nail is not stuck down properly to the natural nail ! VERY DISAPPOINTED won?t be returning with my hard earned money !!!!also there is no warning that it is cash only, expect for a small piece of paper when your already sat
