Kwik Fit Hornchurch team is professional and very helpful. I had to stop by as my car was making the scratching noise when I drove. They were very busy, but still spare their time up to check the car for me. Finally they found stone stuck in my tyre/brake disc and removed it for free for me. I really appreciate their help earlier today.

Hi book my car for service left for 8 hours when I go back and them what do done he was not sure he said this car is fully electric I' need to understand I need time also he was unprofessional rude and my car tyre kit he opened and stolen tyre nut from car not recommended rude customer service men was not saying hello wel come Africa men was rude also unprofessional I'm sending this. Complain strictly to top level management not happyy my fist and last visit

I had a flat tyre and got recovery to this kwik fit so booked in last minute. Didn?t get there till near closing. Staff were friendly and got the job done quickly. Completed wheel alignment and tyre change. When they found out I was travelling the next day, they also checked all my tyre pressures , water and oil. It made a stressful day a lot better!

Dropped my car off this morning at Kwikfit Hornchurch with a concerning rattle.
Turned out to be some of the gravel from my drive had got under the protection underneath, and were making a racket.
They removed the stones at no charge.

We manage a fleet of electric vehicles, including Teslas, and finding garages that are willing to support us ? especially with the more technical bits ? can be tough. We?ve been turned away by other branches (Croydon included), but Kwik Fit Hornchurch has been a completely different experience.
Sammi and his team ? I?ve forgotten the other lads? names, but honestly, every single one of them has been brilliant ? have gone above and beyond to help us out. Whether it?s sorting TPMS warning lights, last-minute tyre issues, or just general advice, they?ve been spot-on every time.
What really stands out is the attitude ? no jobs too awkward, no EV snobbery, no passing the buck. Sammi in particular has shown a genuine willingness to learn as he goes, which is exactly what?s needed in the growing EV world. The whole team have looked after us properly, with professionalism, speed, and a good bit of banter thrown in too.
We trust them with our vehicles and genuinely appreciate their honesty and effort. If you?re running a fleet ? especially EVs ? Kwik Fit Hornchurch is one of the rare places that actually gets it.
